Thank you for changing it from sports, which I know nothing about Lindsay to
this, which I've got. You know what's cuter or what's better than a cuddly
panda? I offer you two. How's that? Just so you don't have to struggle to get
there. It's season. It's panda season. Bali and she bow are set to make their
public appearance at the Smithsonian's National Zoo in Washington, D. C. Now
they are adorable panda bears. They're everything you want out of a cuddly
panda, and they're fresh out of quarantine. They are about to meet their
public during the opening ceremonies. Take a look.
New video of Bali and Ching Bao reveals to celebrity pandas ready for their
close ups. This morning, the giant panda pair finally making their long
awaited public debut at the National Zoo in Washington, D. C. It's the only
zoo in the U. S. That doesn't charge you to see the pandas. This pair has
been in quarantine since arriving last fall from China. Bali emerging is kind
of the more outgoing of the two. Ching Bao taking a more reserved approach to
life actually had staff from across the zoo kind of make an appointment to come
and visit the pandas to see them to see how they react on like pandas. They
just seem to love the attention. They love the people. They're very curious.
They're very interested. Wiggle your fingers if you are excited to see the
pandas
at one area school. It's already pandemonium. I like, um, how? Um, how
they're so cute. These students from you Ying Public Charter School are
performing a Mandarin language song at the opening ceremony.
They'll be the first of thousands planning to visit Bali and Ching Bao
today. I like that. They're so cute, too. All right. Some D. C. Hotels are
even offering panda themed packages to entice you to come and take advantage
of all the excitement. Now, in many is include like you can get a stuffed toy
panda round trip transportation to the zoo, maybe from your hotel. There are
panda themed beverages and stop right there because I know you want to know
what a panda themed beverage might be like in a panda cup or look at that. It
looks like bamboo with little pandas on it. I'm not saying what's in the cup.
Huh? I don't know what's inside.
Get to D. C. Right now. Don't worry. The giant panda cam has launched. 40
cameras are operating, but 20 is not enough from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern to
highlight all that adorableness. All you have to do is go to the National Zoo
website for the link, and you can make your own panda themed beverage. That's
what I'm gonna do this weekend. Thank you so much, Sam.
