wow the lighting is buns oh my god what am i gonna do hi i'm jasmine urjoo and today i'll be reviewing this marker set sent to me by artex. this is their 90 piece landscape color acrylic marker set. today i'll be drawing my sanrio themed ocs with these markers so i hope you enjoy the video. thank you! okay so the set came with these stickers and i'm assuming you can use them to label your markers but i didn't really have time for that. right off the bat i noticed that the packaging was very convenient because there are separate compartments for each marker. it makes it a lot easier to store the markers and it keeps everything tip facing down which helps the tip from drying out. of course that's if you store it properly like i did not do. anyway i also noticed that the colors were kind of mixed up so i wanted to rearrange them in a way that i liked it. this set did not come with a swatch paper so i made my own of course with my rearranged colors as you see here. one thing that took me by surprise which probably was my fault in not reading was that there is no ball shaker in this pen. the paint just comes out without you having to get an arm exercise which i guess is a plus for me. bro you can't even see anything sorry babes i'm not chronically online like you wow the lighting is buns oh my god what am i gonna do okay so i'm currently at home for a spring break so the lighting was pretty bad honestly at home so i needed to kind of experiment with some of the lighting honestly my back kind of broke while i was filming this but that's okay the lighting will get better in about 30 seconds thank you i was so confused is that like an ad or something no i watch in spanish so i don't have to look up as much i thought you were filming i am filming oh like like oh no like voice recording oh yeah my spanish just not fluent this is not the gorilla one right it is the gorilla one i knew it okay so the anime that my sister and i were just talking about is the gorilla god's go-to girl or something like that and i think i really enjoyed it this is my second time watching it and i'm watching it in spanish just because i want to kind of improve my listening skills so i'm doing it without subtitles and just having it in the background as i'm drawing and um i don't know i haven't met anybody who's actually watched this anime before but i think i really enjoyed it um i would say it's a little bit cheesy it's a little bit cheesy yeah but i do enjoy it and i am enjoying it again i mean is this not a sign to start it yourself i'm just saying my unsolicited opinions on this comeback and yes i do stream my own videos on my on my computer sometimes but nobody has to know that if you don't say anything um i think i was really looking forward to this comeback i did stay up really late and really early for this comeback i'm gonna have to blur your face out believe it or not i did wake up at 3 50 for this this comeback okay this comeback show was very early in the morning i don't know who planned this but what a great planner they were yeah you'll never catch me you'll never catch me waking up this early in the morning let's be so for real unless i drank too much water before bed my favorites from this comeback were definitely pleased and they don't know about us they were kind of giving like home slash house of cards kind of vibe you know um but i also really enjoyed normal and like animals um in addition to the title track swim i feel like loud type songs aren't really my vibe so yeah that's that's i mean we got we got like almost kind of like half and half so i think that's that's a win for now i'm still getting used to the other songs okay so something important to mention here is that i did use some markers from another set to supplement the colors just because i needed some additional colors for the skin rendering um but obviously those markers popped on my page which is fantastic anyway it's really important to address some of the differences that i'm noticing with these markers versus some other markers that i've used from other brands this marker set specifically has a very dry texture and that doesn't mean that the marker is dry itself it's just that when it goes onto the page it's very fast drying and it's not super heavy in paint if that makes sense that doesn't mean that the pigment is not there it very much is there because it's very bright but you can see that it has almost matte texture on the page and so it goes on very smooth and it's probably very good for layering which i guess is really good for landscapes as well but as you can see um it didn't it didn't bleed to the page which is really nice because i did put on a lot of layers on this page so that's another thing to think about they almost feel like gouache from a pen tip if that makes sense so as we're near the end of the video i just wanted to say again that these markers were sent to me but they are currently having a sale on amazon and on their site right now so definitely check out the links in bio if you are interested i did get my notebook dirty which is kind of a bummer but this is the final product i think i really like how they turned out especially the colors they definitely pop on the page and that's all thanks to the markers um yeah i think they turned out really cute anyway thanks for watching bye
