On my first night on the island of Dominica, a local fan named Larry surprised me with an invite to his home to have some Dominican fusion pizzas! Join me as we visit his home and make and try some amazing pizzas!

FUSION PIZZAS: Larry cooked us an amazing Dominican fusion feast that included fried chicken wings, fried jerk chicken wings, fresh fruit juices, souse, and three incredible pizzas. The wings were heavenly with Larry’s fruity and tangy barbecue sauce, while the sorrel juice was fresh, sweet, and flavorful. The gelatinous souse (pig feet) was exotic but tasty, and the mahi mahi pizza and mango chicken pork pizza were both unique and perfect!
