As you probably know by now, I love to eat. But one thing I’ve always avoided is actually cooking! But today, I change all that by joining a Grenadian chef in the kitchen to prepare our dinner! Come with me as I cook Grenadian food with my friend Chef Kennedy!

CHEF KENNEDY: I helped Chef Kennedy gather ingredients from his garden, and then we made codfish fritters, coconut rice, rum punch, callaloo soup, Creole tuna, and fried plantains. The callaloo soup was excellent, and I loved the cod cakes with my David’s Hot Sauce. I also loved the flavors and the Creole tuna, as well as the coconut and rosemary in the rice! It was a delicious and healthy home-cooked Grenadian meal!
