U.S. Housing Market Cancelled – Zillow Cuts Forecast

In this video, I walked around the south of Nashville, in Williamson County, TN. This is one of the nicest areas to live in the U.S., but prices are very overvalued, and sellers often not cutting enough t make the sale. Zillow's value estimate are showing flat prices in most parts of this area, but Reventure's forecast suggest 2026-27 could see bigger value drops.
