Can't forget this. One of the whole reasons we're doing this.
My name is Dustin Armstrong. I've been using Lumix cameras for over six years now,
and I've been making content about Lumix cameras on YouTube for about six years as well. Right now
though, I'm traveling down to Las Vegas to this tattoo shop called One Block. What's going on
We are the owners of One Block in Las Vegas. I would call it One Block Tattoo, but I think
One Block's not your average tattoo shop, right Brett? Yeah, we like to call it more of an art
gallery than a tattoo shop. The space in general is more of a gallery space that we tattoo out of
as opposed to much more traditional tattoo shops that you'd walk into. Lumix actually hired me to
go down there and teach them about some of the key features on the Lumix S9 that I felt like
would most benefit them from a content perspective for their shop. It's kind of a different kind of
project that I've never done before, but yeah, I'm just excited to get the Lumix S9 down there
in their hands so that they can start making content for their shop. I wanted to just ask
you a few questions before we get started. What has been one of the biggest reasons that you
haven't picked up like a professional content camera for your shop yet? Or what was holding
you back do you guys think? I think first of all just the knowledge of not knowing what cameras
are going to best suit our needs. You know, obviously you have a lot of really talented and
like well-renowned award-winning artists, I'm sure you included. What's kind of the reason that
you gravitated towards the S9? I think with other cameras, other high-end cameras, there's a lot more
applications you might need or programs you'll have to try to adapt to just get that to the
finish line, a finished product. I think Lumix has a lot of that stuff built in, so it makes it super
simple for artists like us to just cut out all those extra apps and be able to do this right
from the camera. We're gonna find out here in a second, so yeah, let's go unbox it. Sweet. Let's
both are into modern art and modern feel to things, but we also both really like vintage,
so I think this is a this was a really cool mix between the modern and the vintage, which is like
pretty much our personalities and the things we like. I think this is classic. It kind of makes
sense you'd go for that one just given what you guys have done with the shop. Yeah. And super into
art, I think this is a really good looking camera and almost in a way like a piece of art, right?
There's more in there, I think. A lens, right? Now that the camera's unboxed, I'm going to be
teaching you guys three things that I kind of felt would be like the best things to know for
the type of content you guys would be creating here, so. Let's throw a battery in this thing.
