🇧🇪 Belgium vs 🇬🇷 Greece | Basketball Highlights - #FIBAWC 2023 European Qualifiers

Now the Greeks here, have an extra player, kick this one out here to Gontekas, under the basket, goes in the lane and the easy little throw down there by Kostas Gontekas. So by Papa Nikolaou, now gets his pocket pick and now Belgium have numbers and now Rettin Obasan, Dr. Obasan, Uncle Rettin. Another turnover now, Alexandre Libert, he's going to go up with it, gets rejected, oh my goodness gracious. But watch this, Alexandre Libert thinks he's got it, Bakharita says, athi inespiti mu. Obasan now coming up one screen here with Ismail Bako, well ankle breaker and Uncle Rettin, Dr. Obasan is just cooking right now. This is what I call a Ph.D. in basketball excellence, Uncle Rettin, Dr. Obasan. Going to get the ball around to Kalathas now, Kalathas with a few seconds, he's going to force a shot up, off the backboard, well, Efharisto Filomou, Nikos Kalathas, are you serious? Again, here you can see, end of the first half, count it, well there you got it, no foul called. And now Kalathas is going to lay this one up and he gives Greece a two point lead. And Greece now have gone on a 9-0 run. Kalathas now finding Larenzakis, a deep 3-3, he's up to 3, he's good. Well, one more called an offensive foul I think. I'm not sure what was called there. Well, Larenzakis was hit no doubt, I mean that should be that. In the corner now, finds Larenzakis, 6 on the shot clock, forces up a 3-point, got it! Big time shot from Janoulis, Larenzakis. Larenzakis now, well gets rejected, well Bako said get out of here. And now, maybe now the U-turn, there we go, oh baby! Ismail Bako, are you serious? Look at the dime here from Jean Dutabu, and look at this, Ismail Bako, Houston, we have liftoff. And now, Breton Obasan with the reverse slip, and he gets the M-1. There's a kick out, finds Dezeo, can tie the game up, doesn't get it. Kalathas comes up with a quick dime in transition, and lays that one up. And how many times have we seen the Kalathas dime? Pop a nickel on the corner, try another 3, again it's up, and this time, they punish him. Dutabu now putting the hands of Breton Obasan, 27 points there for Dr. Obasan. Breton going to the basket, and again, simply unstoppable. And the Greek fans, they can feel it, missed it. Well ladies and gentlemen, Greece have qualified for the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
