Honoring Adam the Woo in Celebration, FL and Old Town
We are honoring Adam the Woo in Celebration, Florida and Old Town. Our first stop was the Celebration Town Center, and we brought along a couple of fur-friends, our two MinPins: Luke & Lorelai!
We started the vlog with a fitting tribute to Adam by getting a Starbucks coffee: Blond Vanilla Latte, and doing a cheers at the fountain, with our own spin on Adam's trademark: Join Me, Shall You? We walked a complete lap around the beautiful lake, pointing out the things that Adam loved to show, such as the fake ducks in the lake, the wildlife, the Celebration Hotel, and the new bench plaque that honors Adam with a lovely bronze plaque stating: "Adam The Woo Join Me, Shall you?".
Then we show Woof Gang Bakery (would not have been one of Adam's stops, however, our two pups needed a little fuel!), then the now-closed Celebration Movie Theater.
We then show the iconic Market Street, and the famous Market Street Clock that Adam would always show by the Bank of America. We show the picturesque canals and the fountain that Adam loved so much and recorded so many times. We stopped for lunch at the Bakery Boys Deli, and ate their most popular sandwich outside, with a view of the Clock and bank tower.
We then hopped over to Old Town, another one of Adam's favorite places, and showed a store that epitomized the type of things Adam loved to show: "Wound 'N Around: Nostalgic Gifts", which was filled with tons of memorabilia, and even Route 66 Merch, signs and shirts.
We show the Carnival at Old Town, as well as several eateries, more shops, and even another dog shop, bars and a Haunted House.
