The most question I get since I started working online
how do you manage your time in a way that allows you to study psychology,
take courses, manage 3 youtube channels, create content for my personal channel
which is scripting, designing, editing and filming,
take care of your house, your beauty, your body, your family
and practice all your hobby and manage your editing agency
and your huge responsibility as a mother.
And after all of this do you still have free time?
Yeah.
I'm not super human.
I was completely lost before I found this system that makes my life almost perfect.
The whole secret is simply that I learned how to organize my time and my energy.
We all have 24 hours a day.
The difference between an organized person and an unorganized person
is how they manage their time and priority
and know exactly when to play and when to work
and simply know exactly what to do and when to do it.
Today I want to share with you the tips and steps
that allow me to do everything I love and still have free time.
Time management skill can literally change your life.
You as a human being have many fields you are responsible for
and to succeed in life you must find balance between all these fields.
And this can be a bit difficult,
especially with life pressure and all the distractions around us.
Sometimes you focus on studying, you neglect your health,
you focus on your work, you neglect your family.
The problem is that we have very limited amount of time and energy.
8 hours already are lost to sleep.
You are the main character and you have many roles.
And to balance and adjust between all your roles,
you need willpower and perception and be aware of your limited time in this world.
And be committed and responsible and treat every day like a new gift given by God.
And you can't imagine how much self-respect,
productivity and psychological comfort
will increase when you balance all your roles
and end your day having accomplished everything.
And to do that you must organize all your tasks according to
Einstein-Howard matrix method which is dividing all your tasks into four parts.
The first part important and urgent like crisis, problem, exams, project deadline.
You must do this immediately.
The second part is important but not urgent like course you want to take,
new skill you want to learn, making new relationship or reading a book.
You decide when to do this.
The third part is not important but urgent like eating, cooking or cleaning.
Here try to ask someone else help to reduce the time consuming in these tasks.
And the fourth part is not important and not urgent like social media scrolling,
watching TV, playing games or hanging out.
Try to reduce this as much as you can.
The second part is the most important part where you should spend most of your time
because it develop your life the most.
And to succeed in time management you must say
no to part number four and have the willpower to sacrifice distraction for essential.
And here is the best tips for time management.
The two-minute rule from David Allen's book Getting Things Done.
If your task take less than two minutes to do,
do it immediately that reduce overwhelming and clean your head.
It's like productivity warm-up.
When you start early wins, everything else look easier
and specially kill procrastination by making immediate action.
The part is so slow.
If you give yourself eight hours to write a text, you will somehow stretch it out all the day.
But if you give yourself only 20 minutes, you will finish it in 20 minutes.
Because when you give yourself too much time, you overthink,
you get distracted and you will search for too long.
But when you give yourself less time, you focus only on what matter.
It's not about being washed.
It's about being clear and focus.
I personally use the Pomodoro technique for studying.
25-minute study, deep study, deep work and five-minute break.
And you can use the first app.
It's free and user-friendly.
Time management is energy management.
Don't force deep work when you're exhausted.
Schedule your creative work when your mind is clear.
Most of people plan their day by clock, including me.
But for other people, it doesn't work like that.
Some days, their brain are foggy at 8 a.m., at 9 a.m. in the morning.
In some nights, their minds light up with creative idea.
Their energy isn't linear and their schedule shouldn't be either.
And the only solution for them is to align their task with their natural energy level.
So you stop forcing yourself and you'll finish deep task faster because your brain is ready.
So you actually get more done with less resistance
and give yourself the permission to rest without feeling guilt.
You just need to track your energy.
When do you feel most creative?
When do you feel most focused?
When do you crash?
And match your task with your energy.
You don't need to be perfect.
Just be intentional.
And at the end of the day, you are a human, not a machine.
And scheduling your task by energy can be a life-changing decision.
And this is totally okay.
Everyone have different system and different energy.
Some of us need structure.
So we plan our day hour by hour.
This is time blocking.
This is called time blocking.
And some of us need freedom.
So we work better when our energy tell us it's time.
This is energy-based scheduling.
It's not about choosing one.
It's about understanding yourself.
Some days, use time blocking.
Especially if you have deadline, project, exam, something urgent.
And some other days, listen to your body and your energy.
It's okay.
It's totally fine.
Now, practically, how do I manage my time as a full-time entrepreneur,
content creator with six online businesses, and being a mother?
And you don't have to follow someone else's system.
It's about building a system around you that fit your life,
your purity, and your energy.
Personally, I use several apps for time management, like Notion.
It's a great app.
It's a great option if you want to use it.
But I'm more artistic person.
I like to write everything by my hand and see it in front of my eyes
without reaching my phone.
So I use this whiteboard with this small model to organize my entire month.
And this system helped me organize my personal life,
my businesses, and give my soul the fuel between all these tasks to do.
You don't have to schedule the whole month.
You can manage day by day or one week task for less pressure.
Then you can upgrade your managing system to monthly or even for six months.
Personally, I divide the whole month into four weeks.
The first week is the creativity week,
where I take my notebook and go outside to find some relaxing spots
and start searching for content idea.
I organize my idea and all the script to create content for the whole month.
Then I send the scripts to my team that manage the faceless channels
so they can start working.
The second week for filming,
where I set the camera and start filming the headshot video
and the b-roll clips for my personal channel
and review my teamwork and schedule all the work for the entire month
for my faceless channels.
So I don't think about it anymore and move on.
The third week is for editing.
So I edit all my personal video by myself.
You might ask yourself why you don't hire an editor like the faceless channel.
Actually, I tried, but they don't feel the vibes.
They can't understand exactly what I want to share.
We call that the artist mindset, where you want to do everything by yourself.
So for my personal channel, I edit my video by myself.
And the last week, the fourth week, is my mental rest week.
I never touch the phone.
Only 30 minutes after dinner just to check email or comments.
I dedicate the whole week for my passion, for my hobby,
travel to new places, discover a new city,
try a new recipe and make sweet at home.
And I enjoy everything I love in the entire week.
And just like that, I reward myself with one week off.
One week to do everything I love without thinking about work,
without thinking about anything.
This is how I charge my soul and clear my mind and prepare myself for the next week.
And my daily routine is very simple.
I wake up at 6 a.m. It's perfect for me where I can pray,
meditate and gratitude and thank God for a new day and a new chance.
I prepare breakfast for me and my daughter
and prepare her to go to school and organize everything at home.
From 8 a.m. to 8.30, I walk.
We have a very beautiful mountain here around.
Then immediately I start studying for three hours.
I chose a very flexible system to study at home and I found it really helpful for me as a mom.
11.30 I eat lunch for 30 minutes and start immediately working until 7 p.m.
with 10-minute pause to take my daughter from school bus.
So I work for 6 to 7 hours daily using the Pomodoro technique.
25-minute deep work and 5-minute pause.
At 7 p.m. I start working at home.
I don't have enough time to go to the gym so working out at home is enough for me.
8 p.m. we eat dinner and go outside to work with my daughter and talk about our day.
Then finally it's self-care time where I can take care of my body,
my skin and journal everything and read a few pages before sleeping.
And at 11 p.m. my day is finished.
Everything is done and this is how I organize my day.
Like this is my everyday routine.
So for the first three weeks I use time blocking.
Then the last week I don't even look to the clock.
Because at the end of the day we are human not a robot
and we need free time to do everything we love without sacrificing.
And to gain more time I prep meals every Sunday for the whole week so I don't have to cook every day.
And we deep clean the house so I don't waste a lot of time cleaning too.
We help each other preparing meals for the whole week and we talk about our future,
our plan and have a pep talk to support each other.
And just like that our day finished with calling my parents, my sisters and that's it.
Like it's the Sunday for me it's a very busy day.
You may think that this is too much but it's actually the perfect system for me.
Like I tried many systems but I always break the chain.
It's not easy at all especially with mom responsibility it's not easy.
So when I try this system like three weeks for deep focus,
Sunday for cleaning and prep meal and one week for my mental health I feel so much happier.
I feel like I'm organized I have almost perfect life.
Even it's difficult to maintain that chain I will always try to never break that chain.
Time management differs from person to person.
Everyone has their own priority and lifestyle.
But believe me if you learn how to manage your time
you will find yourself controlling 90% of your time.
And you won't even have time for social media or wasting time and useless things.
Because you will find yourself always focused and improving your life.
Time moves incredibly fast.
Just few months ago we celebrated 2025 and now only few months remain.
Time is the most important thing you have after health.
Organize your mind.
Organize your time.
Organize your life.
And be responsible.
And be the one who act not react.
And that's it for today.
If you have any additional tips comment below and yeah let's help each other.
And that's it.
See you in the next video.
Ciao.
