🥪 Tuna Sandwiches
Ingredients
• 50 g canned tuna
• 50 g cream cheese
• 1 boiled egg
• green onions (optional)
• bread
• butter (for toasting)
Instructions
Mix tuna, cream cheese, and the boiled egg until smooth. Add green onions for extra flavor.
Toast the bread with a little butter and assemble the sandwiches.

🍒 Cherry Pie
Ingredients
Filling
• 600 g cherries (or other berries)
• 80 g sugar
• 20 g cornstarch
Dough
• 330 g flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 120 g cold butter
• 50 ml milk
• 70 g sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
Instructions
Mix cherries with sugar and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and cook for 1–2 minutes until thickened.
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and cold butter, rubbing it into crumbs.
In another bowl, whisk milk, sugar, egg, and egg yolk. Add to the dry mixture and knead the dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out the larger part of the dough and place it into a greased baking dish, pricking it with a fork. Add the filling.
Roll out the remaining dough, cut into strips, and place on top. Brush with egg yolk and milk.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30–35 minutes.

🥔 Lazy Potato Pancakes (Draniki)
Ingredients
• 6 potatoes
• 4 tbsp flour
• 1 egg
Instructions
Peel and grate the potatoes. Add flour and egg, mix well.
Fry in a pan until golden and crispy on both sides.
