In this video, “Woodland Photography in the Lake District,” I set out to capture woodland images in less-than-ideal light.

I often say you shouldn’t wait for perfect conditions before heading into the woods. While the most striking woodland photos are often taken in misty or foggy conditions, that doesn’t mean you can’t improve your skills at other times.

On this trip to the Lake District, I challenge myself to create woodland images despite the poor conditions. I hope you enjoy the results.
