Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates, is investing heavily in cultural attractions as part of a push to boost tourism in the once sleepy, oil-rich emirate. In an interview for "The David Rubenstein Show: Peer to Peer Conversations," Department of Culture and Tourism Chairman Mohamed Al Mubarak explains how the new Louvre museum, Guggenheim museum, and Zayed National Museum is part of his larger effort to draw tourists and expats from all over the world to visit, live, and work in Abu Dhabi.
