In this video, we will take a detailed look at the gear and uniforms of Soviet paratroopers during the final years of the Soviet-Afghan War. I’ve put together an accurate representation of a Soviet Airborne soldier, based on photographs of the 345th Parachute Regiment (1986–1988).
