30 minutes Landscape Photography
Sometimes landscape photography isn’t about spending hours in the field — it’s about making the most of the conditions you’re given.
In this video, I had just 30 minutes to photograph a lone tree in heavy fog. Thick mist, flat light, and limited time forced me to work fast, simplify my composition, and focus on creating a minimalist fine art landscape image.
Foggy conditions like this don’t last long, which is why I head out when the weather looks challenging. Lone trees, soft tones, and reduced visibility are perfect for fine art photography, especially when you embrace restraint and minimalism.
This video shows my real-world landscape photography process, working quickly in difficult conditions, and proving you don’t need hours in the field to create meaningful images.
