Dog rescued from SEPTA train track support beam

A small dog was rescued after the animal got stuck on a support beam for the SEPTA El tracks in West Philadelphia.

Officers from ACCT Philly, SEPTA Police and SEPTA maintenance workers jumped into action, using a cherry picker to safely reach the scared Shih Tzu mix. #philadelphia
