Exploring Chile Patagonia From the Atacama Desert to Torres del Paine

Chile stretches for more than 4,000 kilometres along the western edge of South America, encompassing some of the most diverse landscapes on Earth.

In this video, archaeologist Dr Chris Carter and naturalist Juan Cárdenas guide us through the stark landscapes of the Atacama, across the Andes and the lakes of southern Chile, before reaching the fjords and glaciers of Patagonia and the soaring peaks of Torres del Paine National Park.
