Hey Can I tell you what's been on my mind? sick and tired of the nine-to-five in the city like me darling We could get out of town See the beautiful world around want to see it now bags and get in that car Welcome back to decorate Medina. We are continuing on with our spring decorating series We're going to move into the dining room. I actually have not decorated this room Since Christmas, I mean I like took everything down and then I just put back the bare minimum But I haven't actually gone through and decorated since Christmas. So I am excited to get it ready for spring We're gonna do this video a little bit vlog style because I just kind of like to do that better as you can see I'm not even ready yet for the day, but I like doing vlog style a little better I feel like it's a little bit more personable and I like to just kind of walk you through What I'm doing So we are gonna decorate the dining room for spring and then I also wanted to make a I want to try a blue Blueberry crumble I think or a blueberry Coffee cake latte, I think it is. I want to try to do that. I'm gonna make a blueberry simple syrup I found a recipe on Pinterest. You just want to shake it up I just put like two to three pumps in the palm of my hand And then I just apply this all over my skin, I love this It doesn't feel greasy or heavy at all It just gives you a really smooth finish but gives you that really natural kind of glow to your skin It's a proprietary blend of four different Hyaluronic acids to target multiple layers of the skin and really just lock in the moisture You can also wear this on its own in the summer I will do that a lot if I don't want to have a heavy makeup or any makeup I will put this on my skin and just gives it such a beautiful glow But it works perfectly under your makeup Also, the next holy grail of all makeup products is this minimalist stick It is your concealer and foundation all in one It can replace both of those items in your makeup bag and you can again build this up to how you want I just put a little bit around here and then I just take a foundation brush and blend this all in and It just gives you it just really evens out your skin tone, but gives you a very natural look But again, if you want to add just a little bit more You can do that and build it up to the look that you are going for Alright, then I go in with the bronze balm and I just add use this to add a little bit of dimension to my face So I put some here and then I put some along my forehead I do along the sides of my nose and a little bit along the you know Jawline and then I just take my brush Blend it all in and I love that these products can be like multi-use so I can also Take this bronzer and put a little bit on my Eyelids to add eyeshadow. However, I have a merit eyeshadow that I absolutely love that I'm gonna share with you real quick I always bring everything down my neck. Okay next I'm gonna go in with the flush balm This is in the color terracotta. I love a little bit more of a natural looking blush I just put some on and then I take my blush brush and I just blend that in next I'm gonna go in with these Two solo shadows. I'm gonna take the color Vachetta, which is a really pretty Brown color and I just use my finger and I put a little bit like on the crease and just a little bit above The crease just to really give my eyes some dimension and then this is the color. I think it's like Palladium I like how light this is and I again just take my finger and Put a little bit on my eyelid and then I'm gonna take the clean lash Lengthening tubing mascara put that on and that is it you guys that is my easy 5 to 10 minute makeup routine Love how it looks glowy and natural but yet just gives me a little something without feeling like too much I feel like you could still see my skin through it. Yeah, we only get one Come down and take my let's get out we can leave this city Let's drive to the open Yeah, the countryside is so pretty with the wind Oh Okay, as you can tell I decided to move tables this table was in the kitchen And then I wanted to put the round table that was in the kitchen Or the round table that was in here in the kitchen, so I did decide to move that around There's a bench in two chairs that go with this and then I have these two chairs that can go on either end of the table I Tried them there. This rug is not quite big enough So I kind of need to get a bigger rug So I decided to put these two chairs over here and just kind of make a little seating area for right now But then these can be pulled up to either end of the table I just like the way that the long tail I really actually just wanted the round table in the kitchen I did like the round table with the leaf when it was an oval in here But I really wanted to put that in the kitchen and I like the way that this rectangular table works in here also So that's what I've done. So in one of my last videos I did this vintage slash vintage inspired Gallery wall I say slash inspired because some of these art pieces are not True vintage pieces, but they are meant to look that way But the mirror is in fact a vintage mirror that I got from a local antique shop And then the two plates these two plates are also vintage and then this Picture I recently picked up on an antique store. My goal is to replace these other three prints with Actual vintage prints at some point and then these sconces are actually from Magnolia, but they are in a Antique brass finish so it all goes well really well together So I kind of want to keep this inspiration going for the rest of the room This room will be a little bit more on the neutral side However, I am adding lots of pops of blue and green the rest of the house But I want to keep this vibe going in this room This picture is also from a local antique show, I think it's beautiful. I like the frame I don't love the frame, but I do like it and I Think it's just beautiful. And it's again. It's another vintage picture to just bring in that vintage charm So we're gonna hang that right here. I want to add just a nice cozy throw blanket on here. I Love this throw blanket. I think this is one. I actually got from Joanne's years ago, and it's one of my favorites I just love the chunky knit, but I like that it goes in all year spring summer fall and winter And of course right here. We've added a basket full of dog toys But when you're far away, you don't really see the dog toys and I like the checked design of the basket That is one that I got at World Market a couple years ago So now in my Rhone iris wall vessel, I want to add just a little pop of color So we're gonna try these see how we can get these to look I think those are really pretty and they add just the perfect little pop of color I'd like to bend the stems every which way to give it a little bit more of a realistic look Pretty and then on this chair, I just want to add a little throw pillow Okay, I had to I had to close the blinds because it was way too bright but right here on the table I have a vintage breadboard that I want to add To that I want to add this beautiful olive atelier water vessel and These I don't even know what these are. They're beautiful I just I'm not really sure but I love the way that that looks and Then we're gonna add a little candle on a vintage plate. I Love this purple Transferware plate that I found at a recent antique shop again just to add just a little bit of color We're gonna put that there All right, so I'm gonna put on it. This is actually one of my favorite candles. It's sweet vanilla and cinnamon I don't like the red. I love this smell. I'm just gonna turn it back Nobody's really over that way until I get another candle. That'll work a little better right here I'm just gonna put that one there, but I'm gonna get my wick trimmers because that wick is way too long and Then these were part of the hearth and hand collection. So I'm just gonna lay them right here And I think that's just really pretty and simple for the table okay, we're gonna start here with the hutch and This was a piece that I found at at home. I found it a while ago, I think And then I have these stems that I think were from Joanne's if I'm not mistaken Obviously now all the Joanne's or I think all of them are closed But I love the colors and looks of these So we're just Going to put a couple of these in here All right, then we're gonna move down to this shelf I'm gonna take this little stool and I'm gonna put it right here and Then layered in front of that. I have this really pretty vintage picture that I'm gonna put right there and Then I'm gonna bring this little Travertine box right here. I don't like this right here. Let's move that this And on top of that We'll add this mortar stone mortar travertine box Put back behind a little Down here on this shelf. I want to add this To that I want to add this So actually from this one, I'm gonna move this and pull this down here and up here Then up here. I'm gonna add the little this little duck. I'm going to add these two Wine glasses those are from like the hearth and hand collection. I think in the fall I just love that deep brown color This is like a little squished but that's okay because I really just want the pops of pink to be down here I love this plant. I think this was also from Target a few years ago I didn't buy anything for this video. So I think that for a few years ago. This was from Target I don't know if it's threshold or hearth in hand, but I haven't been able to find it since but I love that piece For that plant. I'm also going to add up in here this little cow Right back there Vintage candle holder and then let's just add this pretty ironstone picture on here. So let's Let's go like this. Let's go like this.
