Contemporary Single-Family House with Semi-Outdoor Living Spaces | Black House
Family Country House with Concrete Aesthetics
This contemporary single-family house in City Bell is designed to create spacious and flexible living areas closely connected to nature. The architecture is organized around a 13 × 13 meter exposed concrete base that contains the public living spaces and extends outward to form semi-covered areas for arrival and outdoor living. Above the concrete level, a wooden-clad volume houses the private bedrooms, which open to a green terrace through large glass panels, strengthening the indoor–outdoor relationship. The combination of concrete, wood, and glass creates a warm yet durable architecture that balances openness toward the garden with a more private street-facing facade.
