Designed by Sabella Arquitetura, Casa Brise is a 450 m² residence created for a family who left São Paulo city in search of quality of life in the countryside. The project combines contemporary design, thermal comfort, and landscape integration to craft a home full of warmth and personality.

🏡 Design Highlights:
Flat-slab metal structure complemented by natural stone and expansive glass windows.
Perforated metal brise-soleils that create a delicate play of light and shadow while keeping interiors cool.
Integrated social spaces designed for family gatherings and celebrations, especially in the gourmet area.
Indoor-outdoor connection through large openings to the pool and garden.
Tropical landscaping featuring a transplanted jabuticaba tree at the entrance, adding character and local identity.
