Stop for just a second Don't scroll past this video
like you've scrolled past everything else today
I don't know what my child is
about to brush up on But
if you're seeing this video right at this exact moment it's no coincidence
Find a quiet place to sit Put on your headphones if you
can And let your mind truly
settle for the next few minutes
Not to hear a prophecy
Not to receive an empty promise
And it's to hear something that perhaps hasn't been said to you with
such honesty in a very long time There 's
a peaceful moment waiting for you
But it didn't come the way I
imagined It wasn't noticeable It
didn't shine in front of everyone
It was quiet like a breath
Soft as morning light filtering through a crack in the shutters while the house still sleeps
And precisely because it is so quiet
So many people have lived their entire lives without ever realizing it was right there all along
But today Dad wants you to see it
I want you touch it
I want you to take it home and hold onto it as the most sacred thing you possess right now
In the new edition of Psalm 46 there is a verse that
my father has read over and over again for so many years
Each time I read it
I find it a little deeper a little more profound
Just as a grasshopper slowly sinks into the earth be still and know that I am God
That is all
No need to do anything more
No need to prove anything Just be
silent and know
And in that silence
There is a power you've never imagined awaiting to be given to you
Just one question son
When was the last time you truly sat still
Not just sitting still while your hands still held your phone
It's not just sitting still while your mind races with a hundred thoughts at once
It's not just sitting still because you're too exhausted to do anything anymore
And truly just
sit in stillness
Let your soul breathe
listen and truly perceive I imagine
it's been a very long time
And that's why the most precious things in life
haven't reached you yet—despite how close they are
It's not that you're unworthy
It's that you haven
't yet stood still enough to receive them So today
Let me have a few minutes
with my dad Not
many Just a few minutes Put the
phone down for a moment
Or if you're holding the phone
to listen that's
fine too But keep your whole heart right
here in this space with Me
What your father is about to tell you—no one else
is meant to hear it and even he doesn’t
always find the words to say it
I know the kid
Not just by name I
know their age I
know their address
And it's knowing in a way only someone who truly sees the child could understand
Father knows that outside
You're still moving forward
Still doing
Still laughing Still replying to
someone else's messages Asking after
someone else's well-being While in
reality I'm not feeling well at all
You're incredibly talented—so much so that no
one can tell from the outside just how much you're carrying all on your own
There are nights when the child lies down so exhausted
that the body aches to sink immediately into sleep yet the mind refuses to quiet down
It just keeps spinning Just keep thinking
Just go over every event from the day
again Every word someone else said that you 're
not even sure you understood correctly
Every decision you question wondering if you're on the wrong path
And then in the darkness of that bedroom
You're alone with all of it
No one knows No one sees
The next morning
it wakes
up again Continues once more
Smiles once more Keeps going
I want you to know this: what
you're doing right now Keep
going even when tired Even when
it hurts Even when uncertain
It's not a minor thing It is one
of the greatest acts of courage a person can demonstrate
Not the kind of courage seen in
movie heroes It's the courage of
an ordinary person living an authentic life carrying real wounds
And still choosing to move forward each day
In the Book of Isaiah chapter 40 verse 29
It says that He gives strength to the weary
Empower the powerless
That phrase wasn't meant for those already at the peak
Those who are strong Those
who shine brightly
That line was written for you For those who
are tired For those
who are utterly drained For those who no longer know
where to find the strength to keep going
And I'm still going forward
That means that power is truly working within me
Whether I realize it or not
But Dad needs to be honest with you about
one thing There are sacrifices you 've
made that no one has seen Not just financial or time-related sacrifices
Even though those
things are real and heavy they
are finer sacrifices—harder to name
How many times have you swallowed your words to avoid making others
uncomfortable How many times have you placed someone else's needs before your own
So much so that sometimes you even forget you have needs of your own
How many times have you chosen silence over speaking the truth
Because I know the truth can sometimes hurt people
And I don’t want to be the one causing that pain
I’ve endured things that if anyone else knew
They'll understand why I sometimes seem
so distant Seems tired despite doing little
It seems to be here yet not quite
here at all And amidst all of it
There's a question Father knows you've asked yourself
more than once: whether your kindness will ever be repaid
Is what I'm doing truly meaningful or am I
just wasting myself on things no one values
Dad heard the question He heard
it clearly even before you
spoke it aloud
And Dad wants you
to know—yes the answer is yes
It matters It
can be seen It is acknowledged But not
by the people you're
waiting for recognition from
But because of
something greater Deeper Fairer than
any person could ever be In
Galatians chapter 6 verse 9
There is a promise your father wants you to hold onto
today and never let go no matter how weary you become
For if we do not sow then
at harvest time we shall
reap—not merely possibly
not just hope to reap
And indeed there will
be a harvest Just as when people sow
seeds into the ground there
will be a harvest in due season
You are in the phase of sowing seeds
And your harvest season is approaching
But there's something else I want to add
Because this is the most important point in this section
Your effort is not invisible
It leaves a mark
Not a mark on the newspaper page Not a trace posted on social media Not a mark that
earns applause when people see it
And yet it's a mark left deep
within the heart Do you know Some
lives are transformed Because you
arrived at just the right moment
They spoke the truth once
They did the right thing once
They may not have told you
They may never have properly thanked you
But the evidence is there
And it's worth more than any praise you
could ever receive online or in person
There are people in your
life Dad’s telling the truth They’re
pretending not to see your efforts
Because if they acknowledged them
They have to confront the fact that they didn’t value their child enough
And that’s their issue
Not the child’s
Don’t diminish your own worth
Just because some people aren't old enough yet to see it
Zhang Ba's Book of the Silent Soul teaches in its fifth and sixth verses that
Trust wholeheartedly in the Lord God
Do not rely on your own understanding
Keep your actions pure and sincere
Recognize Him
Then He will guide your
paths What does that mean
It means you don’t need to understand everything
You don't need to understand why everything is unfolding
the way it is Just keep believing and keep moving forward
There is a guiding force at work even in the smallest
moments You feel as though you're walking through darkness
And finally the one thing I want to say in this section
Before we delve deeper into what I truly want you to understand today
You've carried too much in your heart for far too long
Lay down the burden you're carrying
Part of it wasn't yours to bear
It's the weight of others' expectations placed upon you
It's the fears you've carried since childhood learned by heart
It's the lingering pain from past wounds that you
never had the time or space to truly heal You chose strength over healing
Because life doesn't give you many choices
But today in this small space
I want you to be yourself
No need to be strong
No explanations needed
Just be the child With everything that'
s inside you right now
In Matthew 11:28
Jesus spoke a words that still carries its full weight two thousand years later for the weary and burdened
Come to me
I will grant you peace Not by
striving a little more and then
coming Not by becoming better and
then coming But by coming right now
With all your weariness child
With all your burdens Come
right now And there is a
place of rest waiting for you
It is the first blessing that
Father wants you to recognize today—not
a blessing of wealth nor a blessing of success
And yet it is a blessing to truly rest within one's
own soul Amid a life that never stops demanding more
You deserve it
And it's truly here
It's waiting for you to claim it
Now Father wants to talk to you about something people often
call blessing yet completely misunderstand the true nature of it
When people hear the words "blessings "
most immediately think of things that are visible
Things that can be counted Things
that can be displayed
More money Better
job More fulfilling
relationships
Improved health
And those things aren't necessarily blessings
They could be
But if you only look to those things to measure whether
you're blessed you'll miss a deeper kind of blessing
Truer And more enduring than
all those things combined
There's a truth your father needs you to sit with for a moment before moving on
Not everything good that comes into your life arrives in a
straight line Not every blessing comes in the form you prayed for
Sometimes the greatest gift
heaven bestows upon us is wrapped
in the shell of a
failure A loss A rejection
Or a door slamming shut right in front of you just as you thought you were about to step through
And in that instant
You don't feel blessed
I feel abandoned
Why me It's crushing
like I can't breathe
You understand that
And your father isn’t here
to tell you
that pain isn’t pain or
loss isn’t loss— they are real Completely real
But let me tell you how true blessing actually works
In Deuteronomy chapter 8 verse 28
There's a saying that many have read yet never truly let sink deep into their bones
We know that all things work together for good for those who
love God Pay attention to everything
—not just the pleasant things
Not the things you choose
But everything
Even the painful things
Even the unjust ones
Even now there are still things I don't understand why they happened to me
All of it is being woven together
It's being rearranged It's being used in a way you
can't yet fully perceive from your current position
Have you ever noticed There
are moments in life when
you feel completely stuck
with no way out in sight
No specific hope in sight
And even if something suddenly happened
Not dramatic
Not dazzling
But perfectly timed
Maybe it's someone calling you right at night
when you're sitting alone unsure of what to do
It could be an opportunity arising from a direction you'd never
expect—from someone you thought you'd lost touch with long ago
Or a situation that initially seemed like a problem but turned out to be an opportunity
It might be an idea that flashes into your
mind at 3 a m when you're lying awake unable to sleep
And that idea later changed everything Have you
ever been through moments
like that Probably yes
And your father wants you to understand that those moments
aren't random—they're blessings unfolding in their own way
This is what Father called invisible protection
Not a large shiny shield that everyone can see
It is a quiet continuous guidance never expected
unfolding in your life even when you're unaware of it
There were accidents my child never encountered thanks to a delay I once resented
There are people who were harmful and you didn't deepen the connection with them because something inside you sensed something was off even if you couldn't explain why
There were decisions I didn't make
at the right time because something stopped me
You might not realize those things as they're happening
But look back
You'll see
Your life has been protected far more than you ever imagined
In Psalm 121 verses 7 and 8 it is written that the Lord will keep you from all harm
He will keep your soul
The Lord will keep your covenant
From now and forever
Not just when you feel worthy Not
just when you're deserving Not
just when you've made no mistakes
But from this moment on forever
Continuously without interruption
That preservation never rests no matter how weary you may be
Never stop even if you're full
of doubt It
just keeps going It just keeps working
Keep protecting me in ways I won’t fully understand until I look back on them later
And now Father would like to speak about the subject few dare to address openly
The hidden blessing your father spoke of is not a reward
given to the well-behaved nor to those who never
err nor to those who live flawlessly
If blessings were reserved only for the perfect no one on earth would
receive them Blessings are meant to be part of the human journey
Even those stumbling through life
Falling down
Uncertain about the path ahead
In truth Father has noticed that those carrying wounds within themselves are often the ones who most deeply understand true blessing
They've learned to appreciate things that others who've never experienced them could never recognize the value of
Have you ever lost something truly important to you
And then even though it took a long time eventually I looked back and realized that loss had opened the door to something I would never have found had I not lost it
It's the cold blessing working
in its own way Not in yours
In the wisdom of a greater mind than the wisdom of any of us
For my thoughts are not your thoughts neither are your ways my ways declares the Lord
Your ways are not My ways declares the Lord For as the heavens are
higher than the earth so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts
Your vision surpasses theirs by the same measure
That does not mean the small one is lacking or deficient
That means the bigger picture you're a part of is far greater than the piece you can currently see
And the one painting that
picture never makes a mistake
Never runs out of supplies Never gives up halfway
What exactly is the
hidden blessing your father is referring to
It is what in the Bible
is called grace
sufficient Not in the sense of extravagance but simply enough
Exactly when you
need it Exactly
the amount you need When you
need strength There is strength When you need peace
There is peace
When you need
someone someone
comes When you need a way
out a way out appears Not
always as soon as you wish
Not always in the way you
want but precisely when it'
s most needed That is the true essence of serendipity
It's not that life lacks storms but that you
have the strength to weather them—and a clear
direction even when the sea is raging
And the final thing your father wants you to take from this: Blessings
don't come because you're worthy or unworthy by someone else's standards
She came because her heart remained
open Because even after being
hurt she hadn't fully shut herself
off Because even after being weary
The child hasn't given up
entirely That
stubborn refusal to
let go—small faint uncertain
whether it means anything at all
It is precisely this that keeps the flow of blessings uninterrupted
In the book of Hebrews chapters 10 verses 35 and 36 it says to not abandon your confidence
Because it will be greatly rewarded
Because you must have patience
So that after you have done God's will
You have received what
was promised to you
The promise bears your name And it has not expired
I'd like to pause here for a moment to ask you a very honest question
Throughout your life up to now how
many times have you received donations
So many words of encouragement
So many promises from others
And among all those things
How much of it truly reaches the deepest part within you How
much of it does not just slip into your ears and vanish like smoke
Stay here truly
Something truly shifted inside you
I’d guess not much
Not because they were wrong
But because the child had heard them in a state of inner noise too loud
And when the inside had grown too loud
No matter how accurate the words spoken from
outside may be it no longer has anywhere to land
This is something no
one ever teaches their
child— not in school not in most families
It's not in most conversations people call heartfelt talks
That's the difference between hearing and truly listening
Hearing is when sound enters the ear Listening is when
the whole person opens up to
receive And to truly listen
A child needs something that modern society steals from them day by day
Hour by hour Minute
by minute
That thing is silence
Not by chance
Rather in most of the world's major spiritual traditions
The most profound encounters between humanity and the sacred always take place in silence
Ely steadfast in the book of 1 Kings 19 verses
11 to 12 stood on the mountain and waited
Strong winds tore through the mountains
Earthquakes struck
Fire raged
Yet the Lord was not in the
wind Nor was He in the earthquake
Not in fire After
all that noise and
fury He came in a gentle quiet voice
A whisper
And there Ely truly heard His voice
Not in thunder
Not in the still quiet mountain
And in the quiet moment after all the chaos
Life is no different
What you need to hear the most often comes not through the noisiest channels
Yet today's world is doing everything it can to ensure you never truly go silent
Think about that
From the moment
the child opens
their eyes in the morning
the phone is already
loaded with notifications news and messages
Every time you experience a moment of emptiness something is instantly designed to fill that void before you even have a chance to sit with yourself
My child goes to the bathroom holding a
phone My child stares at the screen even while eating dinner
My child lay down to sleep and the last thing seen before closing their eyes was the green glow of a smartphone
And then you begin to wonder why you feel so empty despite absorbing hundreds of things every day
Because not every input nourishes you
Eating many nutritionless foods still leaves you hungry
Listening to much shallow content still leaves the soul parched
Silence is not merely the absence of sound Father wants
you to understand that clearly
Silence is an active space
A space created intentionally so that what truly
matters can rise to the surface Like stirring a glass full of muddy water
The mud and water mixed together obscuring everything
But if you set the glass down and leave it undisturbed
The sediment gradually settles to the bottom and the water above becomes clear
Silence is what allows the sediment in the mind to settle
So that the child may see more clearly what is truly within
And this is something Father sees very clearly after all these
years—your intuition the thing
people often call the sixth sense
What is often in reality a subtle form of mental evasion that the conscious mind hasn't yet had time to process
It can only be said when the surroundings are quiet enough to hear
How many times in your life have you felt a sense that told you not to do something that a certain path was wrong or that a particular person wasn't trustworthy
But I silenced that intuitive hand because I was moving too fast too steady too far along to stop and listen
And later when I looked back I realized that I had known all along I had known from the very beginning
But I just wouldn't listen to myself
The Book of Silence Chapter 20 Verse 5 says that wisdom lies deep within a person like a hidden spring
But the wise can draw it forth
That well of water is inside you
Wisdom direction peace and clarity about the next steps in life
Those things don't always come from outside Sometimes
they're already within you waiting for you to draw them out
But the child must pause long enough and quietly enough to set down the bucket
And that bucket is silence
She also wanted her child to understand another truth about silence—something often misunderstood
Silence is not passivity nor surrender nor sitting idle while life passes by
Silence in the sense Father is referring to is an act of courage
because it requires one to endure what most people are trying to escape
That is being with oneself And being
with oneself is not always comfortable
When the surrounding silence settles the things I've
been avoiding begin to surface Questions without answers
Unresolved pain
Unnamed fears
People fill their ears with headphones
Fill their screens to the brim
Filling the schedule tightly was partly about not wanting to sit with those things
But avoiding them doesn’t make them disappear
They just sink deeper
Heavier
And they drain much of your energy even though you don’t see them doing it
When you stay silent and let those things surface
I am truly beginning the
healing process—not by hiding
or suppressing but
by facing it head-on naming it
And let them pass through
In the Book of Chronicles 2 Chronicles 23:2 and 3
David wrote about God saying
He makes me
lie down in green pastures leads me beside quiet waters and restores my soul
Pay attention to that
sequence: lie down first stay calm first
then comes recovery
Spiritual renewal does not happen in
humility It happens in still waters
You can't reach the calm shore unless you're willing to stop running
You know someone’s reading this
And thinking your words sound
nice But I don’t have time to
stay silent My life won’t allow it
And he didn't dismiss that feeling Because he knew that
many people's lives were truly so hectic they felt suffocated
But Dad wants to ask you something
in return—not to judge but so you can
truly reflect: what if you didn’t
have five minutes of silence in a day
Is it really his child Not in five minutes
Maybe you used those five minutes for something else because it felt safer than being with yourself
No one is asking you to
meditate for
three hours Just
five minutes Just sit No
phone No music
Nothing at all
Just breathe there Those five minutes can completely transform your day in
ways you won’t believe until you try it
And the final reason
The reason Father sees as the deepest of all reasons
Explaining why silence is necessary to receive blessing
That's because some of the most precious things in the universe can only be
given in silence Not because they fear noise
And yet they're too subtle to perceive amidst the noise
The sound of the wind gently rustling the leaves is real
But if a truck is passing right beside you
you won't hear it even though it's right there
The peace that Christ promised in Philippians
4:7—peace that surpasses all understanding
That peace is already available to you
But you must stand still enough to realize it is here
It is touching you
Longing to be accepted by my child
And that quiet moment
Brief as it was Imperfect
as it may have been
It was the moment the child opened the door for it to step inside
I want you to sit perfectly still while listening to this
Not because it's complicated
But because it's so simple that people often overlook it
He thought something so simple couldn't possibly be true But his father had
lived long enough to know that the deepest truths often require few words
They only need a heart truly open to receive A shift is
already taking place in your
life Not one that's coming soon
It's not something that
might happen if you do everything perfectly
—it's already happening right
now as you listen to these words
While you're still breathing
While life outside continues to move at its own pace
There are things being rearranged in layers beyond ordinary sight but
soon the outcome of that rearrangement will manifest in reality itself
the ways you'll instantly recognize them when they arrive
But before I describe how that shift looked I
need to tell you about something more important
About how the true shift actually begins
Most people are waiting for external circumstances to change first Only
then do they attempt to change from within
They believe they won't find peace until they have enough money
They think they can't forgive until the other person apologizes
Only when things are stable can I dare to think about happiness
Only when everything is in place can I allow myself to breathe
But Father wants you to listen
closely to this: true transformation
doesn't begin from the outside in It starts from within
And the first step in this transformation is strangely
enough not about doing something
extra but about letting go
What are you letting go of Letting go
of the tension You've been
holding on too long
—tensing to prove
yourself tensing just to survive
Strain to hide that you're struggling
Strain to keep everything from falling apart
And that struggle cost the child an
enormous amount of energy—energy that if directed properly
and used in the right way could have achieved so much more
Exactly as intended It created extraordinary things
But you've used it all
just to maintain the status quo And
maintaining the status quo isn't living
It is merely
existence Psalm 55:22
Cast your burden upon the Lord and He will
sustain you Pay attention
to the word "cast "
Not just occasionally but truly
let go Not just handing over
while still clinging to effort No truly
surrender Release completely
And that doesn't mean you're no longer responsible for your own life
That means the child no longer has to bear burdens beyond a human's capacity
The burdens you carried not knowing there was a place to set them down
And when you finally put them down
When you truly let go of whatever is weighing you
down the first thing that happens is peace—not
peace because everything has been resolved but peace simply because you've released the burden
Peace exists even while everything remains unresolved
It is the strangest kind of peace yet also the truest
In John 14 verse 27 Jesus says
"I leave my peace with you "
I give
you peace not
as the world gives
The world considers peace to exist when everything is fine
Yet that peace is incredibly fragile
For even a small disruption can make it vanish
But the peace this verse speaks of is the kind that can exist
right in the midst of a storm Not because the storm has ceased
And because inside you're strong enough to withstand the storm
Now Father wants to speak honestly and specifically about the changes unfolding in your life
You want your child to hear this not as a distant promise but
as something they can begin to sense and feel in the days ahead
If you're perceptive enough to notice
Those who have hurt you and continue to hurt you
Not everyone who doesn't belong in this chapter of your life
They are gradually drifting away
It doesn't mean they'll completely vanish from your life
But their influence on you is growing weaker
The power they once held The
power that made one of their
words keep me awake all night The power that made me doubt myself
Pulling back the power is losing its strength
And that's not because you've
done anything to resist them
Because you're growing up And as you
grow older things that no longer fit your
newer bigger self naturally no longer have a place
Although initially lowly and humble the
prosperity of the child will ultimately be great
This statement doesn't promise that the path from here to there will be
free of burdens but it
does promise the direction The direction is upward
Don't stay still Don't
keep going down The path is
upward Even if
the steps are
slow even if the way winds曲折
The unnecessary burdens in your life
The unfair responsibilities others impose upon you
The expectations I've carried myself unable to say no
The relationships I'm maintaining out of fear of loneliness rather than genuine desire
Those things are slowly
coming down Not because people
suddenly became kinder but because you're starting
Even when it's just quiet within
Realizing you don't have to carry all of it
And that realization however small
It's bringing about a genuine shift in how you stand before life
Father also wants to speak to you about what's coming
Not the voice of a prophet delivering judgment but the voice of one
who has witnessed enough lives to see the true laws governing them
When someone has endured a long period of loss hardship and still managed to persevere
The next phase typically brings what the previous
phase has prepared the ground for You sowed in tears
And Psalm 126 verses 5 and 6 clearly promise that those who sow in tears will reap with shouts of joy
They will reap with joy
The one who goes out weeping carries the seeds to sow
Definitely returning joyfully with a bundle of rice
Not just possibly coming back
But certainly returning
That certainty doesn't come from your emotions right now
It arises from the very nature of the law
that God has embedded in
the way the universe itself operates Sow truly reap truly No exceptions
And most importantly in this section—what your father wants
you to carry with you as a solid foundation beneath your feet
The greatest shift in my life hasn't been a change in external circumstances
You are the child within you beginning to know who you truly are and standing
firm in that truth The greatest blessing Father has spoken of from the beginning
Hidden quiet and enduring blessing
Nothing can take it away
It is peace that comes from within
Not peace because everything is perfect
Peace is found even when everything is not yet right Not
peace because no one is making things difficult anymore
It's such deep peace that no matter how much they try to trouble me it no longer shakes the foundation within me
It is something money status or any external success cannot
buy And it is precisely this that is being built within him
Every day through each challenge through each moment you choose not to give up
I want to have a truly honest conversation with you here
Not theory not philosophy—just
the things I can actually do
Starting right now from this very moment after this video ends
To nurture what your father just said—not just beautiful words that fade from memory as soon as they're heard
And become something truly sharp in your life
But first father needs to tell you about a very common trap
And he called it a trap because
it didn't look like a trap at all It looked like something good
It's the urge to tell it
right away—when a feeling
stirs within you or when a clear moment unfolds
A sense of peace and faint hope
The first instinct of a child is usually to share it immediately with someone else
Share it tell your friends about it
Find someone to talk to about it
And that's not inherently bad
But there's a subtle issue here that people often overlook: when
you expose a newly planted seedling to bright sunlight too soon
It doesn't have enough time to take hold properly
It wilts very easily
It's not because sunlight is bad
But the seed wasn 't
strong enough
to endure it Awareness Peace That feeling you're experiencing right
now They feel it too
They need time in silence to settle deep within
you before you bring them out into the world
And one reason many people
experience beautiful moments
is that they share them too soon never lasting long
Before it had a chance to truly become theirs
In the book "Chuyen Dao Chieu "
Three verses speak of the time
to be silent and the time to
speak Not silence forever But
there is a sequence Silence first
That's right
And that order is not random
It reflects a deeper law
On how truly valuable things are protected and
nurtured during the initial stage of their formation
You don't need to explain to anyone why you're quieter
now You don't need to prove to anyone that you're changing
Let that change unfold within you first
And the world outside will naturally witness its results over time
So in the next 24 hours I
want you to do these
things— nothing too many nothing too
complicated but
something real
First thing
Protect the silence you've just created
After this video ends
Don't immediately jump into another video
Don't immediately open another app Don't
rush to fill the space just created within you
Sit with it for five more minutes
Just sit Let what just
touched you truly touch you Don 't
push it away immediately with the next wave of noise
Those five minutes could be the most important of your day
The second thing
And this is something Father found
strangely powerful in an unexpected way Do a small
good deed without letting anyone know Don't post it
Don't tell your friends about it Don't take photos to preserve
the memory Just do it and keep it
a secret between you and the sky
It could be sending a sincere message to someone you know who's going through a tough time
It could be slipping money into the hand of a stranger in need whom you happen to meet
It could be cleaning something up for a loved one without letting them know you did it
Perhaps it's a genuine prayer for
someone you know is suffering even though
they've never asked you to do so Why must it be kept secret
I'll explain
In the Book of Ma Shi verses 3 and 4 of chapter 6
Jesus said something that my father considered one of the deepest
secrets about how to truly create goodness in life through giving
Let not the left hand know what the right hand does
So that your giving may be in secret
and your Father who sees in secret may reward you openly
I'll reward the child
Don't let the left hand know what the right hand is doing
Depth isn't about secrecy like a sacred mystery
But when you do good without needing recognition from others you're
practicing something incredibly valuable—doing good simply because it is good
Not because of the outer shell
And that over time
It will cultivate within you an inner foundation that no one can ever undermine
The third point
Write down a single sentence just one sentence
Something you wish to let go of
And one thing I want to take away from
what I just heard today is this:
not for acclaim not for perfection not for anyone else to read—just written for myself
and leave the paper in a place where you'll see it first thing tomorrow
morning when you wake up because morning is when your mind is most receptive
before the entire day with all its noise begins to descend and
reading that sentence again within thirty seconds in the morning
You might unexpectedly reset the course of your entire day in a way you never imagined
Chá also wants to talk to you about something related to the people around you
Chá knows there are people in life who when you
begin to change to become quieter and more at peace
They no longer easily get drawn into unnecessary noise
They won't understand
Someone might think you're distant
Some may think you're arrogant others
may feel uneasy about your calmness
That calmness inadvertently reflects back the things they're not ready to face
within themselves and you can feel profoundly
alone during that transitional phase
but Chá wants you to know that
loneliness during growing up isn 't the same as being
abandoned— one is loss the other is absence
That is the necessary transmission and Psalm 119
unfolds verse by verse from verse one to verse three
A blessed person is one who does not walk in the counsel of the
wicked nor stand in the way of
sinners nor sit in the seat of mockers
but blessed is the one who delights in the law of the Lord and meditates on
it day and night such a person will be
like a tree planted by streams of water
The flowers bloom perfectly on schedule its leaves remain
fresh and vibrant and all
endeavors undertaken will flourish
Plants near the stream do not sway with
every breeze they remain rooted in their
place their roots deeply drinking from the
water source and in due season they bloom
You don't need to keep up with everyone
else's pace you need to feed your spirit
with the right source of water and that
true source begins within you from stillness
from the truth
from the small choices a person quietly makes every day unnoticed by anyone
the final point in this section
and perhaps the most practical thing a father could ever say
to his child: don't measure your progress by someone else's pace
Never compare your journey to
others' on social media to your
siblings at home or to peers your own age
You don't know what price they paid to get
where they are you don't know
what they 're carrying inside that their outward appearance doesn't show and more importantly
My life has its own schedule one that no
one can decipher except the one who wrote it
In the book of preaching chapter 3011
it is written that He makes everything beautiful in its own flesh
ot in the flesh of another not according to
a schedule set by you or anyone
else but in its own fles
Only one who has a complete perspective can truly discern it
Keep quiet about what your father just shared with you—not because
it's a secret in some mysterious
sense but because it belongs to you
Reserved solely for your child and life's most precious things their worth rarely needs to be proven
They simply live grow and bear fruit in quiet
patience and that is how true blessing truly comes
The blessed stability of the sea which Father spoke
of from the beginning has been nurtured and preserved
I want to stop here and tell you something honestly before we move on
I don’t want you to do anything just because you’re being asked to
You don't want your child to comment
share a video or send a message to someone
just because that's what people usually
do at the end of videos like this
Actions without roots can nurture nothing at all—they're
merely an added layer of noise on a life already too noisy
What I want to tell you in this part is completely different from what I want
to say about confirmation—not confirmation
by posting online for others to see
but it's the inner confirmation
that in that moment the
heart says yes—this is real
to me this is touching me
I'll take this upon myself and father wishes to explain why the inner confirmation within it matters
more than any external action
In neuroscience there's a
phenomenon scientists call neural
consolidation where every time a
person has an experience or a thought
a
feeling and consciously acknowledging
it paying attention
to it giving it a name
e brain creates stronger connections around the experience
making it feel more real
more profound
more lasting conversely
If you glance at it without stopping it vanishes like
smoke—this is far more than
just psychology or neuroscience
This is one of the ways
God designed the human
mind to learn and grow a
truth the Bible recognized
Long before science named it Scripture in Romans
chapter 12 verse 2 states:
do not conform to this world
but transform yourself through the renewal of your mind so that you may
test and confirm what is the good acceptable and perfect will of God
What it means to be fully pleasing and complete in the eyes
of God is being transformed through the renewal of the mind
Not shaped by external
circumstances changing nor transformed
because others treat you differently but arising from within
from the way you think
from the way you perceive reality
from what you choose to acknowledge
and nurture within your mind each day
That is the root of all
genuine change and it begins with small
moments of affirmation like this one
So Dad wants you to do this
right now—not for me not for
this video but for yourself—
place your hand
on your chest
I feel my heart beating
each pulse a proof that I am
still here still breathing
still present in this life
and in this moment
whisper silently or speak inwardly
as long as you can hear yourself
one of these things
I deserve this peace or perhaps
I'm being protected or simply
put I'm not alone—not because it 's
a mantra but because it's true
Not because words hold magic
but because this is the moment
you choose to stand with the
truth rather than with fear
She knew someone was listening all the
way here yet deep down a quiet voice still
insisted that her case was different
that she'd already tried too many times
I've believed too
many times already
and always ended up disappointed
Dad heard that voice and didn't deny
it because it came from real wounds
but your father wants you to notice
one thing—that voice no matter
how loud it may be no matter how
real it sounds is
not the final word
the book of Revelation
chapter 21 verse
5 he who was seated on the throne said: "
I am making everything new "
No exceptions are listed
No case is
noted as too difficult
not even the teacher
let alone the story of the child
Now Father wants to talk
about the sharing part—his
way not the usual way—if
in your life there's someone
Just one person—when I
think of them right now I
feel a gentle warmth in
my heart
a sincere concern
a desire to share these words with them
too so send them this message—not because
it's something you have to do but because
it's what your heart truly wants to do
and that action stems
from genuine concern rather
than habit or pressure—it
is itself a manifestatio
e blessing actively working through you
to reach others as
stated in Proverbs 11:25
Those who generously
sow will prosper whoever
waters others will also
be watered in return
It is not a calculated
exchange but a natural law woven into the
way goodness
operates in this world
when a person shares something
truly meaningful not for
recognition but because they
want others to receive it too
en the act of sharing itself
opens up within me a channel
through which more can flow
and that is the only reason
Dad mentioned sharing not
to boost views but because it
genuinely benefits you when
you do it from the right place
and if right now after listening you
just don’t feel like doing anything at all don’t feel like
commenting don’t feel like
sharing just want to sit
in silence with everything you’ve just gone throug
en that's completely
fine—actually Dad even finds it beautiful
because it means you're holding
on to it truly keeping it alive
and that is more important
than any external actio
I just want to ask you one thing
—of everything you've heard today
was there anything that touched
you Not everything just one thing
just one thing—a
sentence—a thought
—a moment when you feel something
inside you lightens just a
little or becomes
a little clearer
or slightly warmer
if so hold onto that
name it write
it down if you need it and
let it be your anchor point
e future of your child in the coming days
when everything starts roaring again
because it will roar again
that's just how life is
But now I have
a stable point
I didn’t have before Dad I’d
like to sit with you
a little longer before we part—no rush
Nothing matters more than
this moment right now Dad knows
you've carried so much on
your shoulders—not just today
but it's been a long time now—since the days when you were too young to understand
why life felt so heavy from the stages
when you had to learn how to carry it all
strong before you were allowed
to be weak from the times you
were hurt and no one was there
to tell you it wasn't your faul
And even though no one ever told you
this at the right time today I want
to say to you what happened to you
the things that left
their mark on you
Not because you're unworthy not
because you're wrong and not because
life is punishing you—these things
happen because you're truly living
with genuine scars each etching into
the soul a depth that only those who
have endured can
possess—etched within
the pages of "The Two Sisters of Tho"
Chapter one verses three and four
contain a praise to God the Father
of our Lord Jesus Christ who is
the God of all comfort and mercy
is God who gives all comfort he comforts us in every affliction so that we may be
able to comfort those in any trouble with
the comfort we ourselves receive from God
and just as He has comforted us we too
can comfort others in their affliction
with the same comfort He has given us
whether through fatherly love or mercy
ot a father who judges or
demands but a father who
shows mercy—that is the
first quality mentioned
and that mercy is
unconditional without limits
without expiration—it is
directed toward you right now
even if you don't feel it this is what your
father truly wants for
you—to carry it in your heart that you don't have to be perfect to
be loved that you don't have to fix everything
and all of your troubles
so that you may truly deserve peace
you don't need to overcome
every challenge before you can rest
e child is loved right now
in this state with all its
unfinished incomplete raw and
unpolished parts
both inside and ou
The Book of Romans chapter 5 verse
8 clearly expresses this in a
way that cannot better articulated
for God demonstrated His love
While were still sinners
Christ
died for us
ot after we've become better
not after we've become more
worthy but precisely when we 're
at our absolute lowest po
That love doesn't wait for
you to become someone
else—it's here with
you exactly as you are right now
Father wants to talk
to you about rest
ot about resting in the sense of getting
enough sleep but rather about traveling
frequently even though those things are
also important and you certainly deserve them
but a deeper
rest—rest for the
soul—that which Jesus promised
In Matthew 11:
29 take my yoke
upon you and learn from me
Because you
have humility
you will find peace
for your soul—true
peace not temporary rest
and then the battle begins again—yet
it is a foundational peace a deep
inner stillness that remains even
when the world outside is storming
Inside you there's
a place untouched
by the storm—something already
available to you not later not
when you're more worthy but now
but now and your father wants
to talk to you
about the future
—not with empty promises or
idle predictions but with truth
but with the simplest truth
that Father knows—your days ahead won't always be easy and there
will be mornings when you wake up
and feel weighed down there will
still be moments when doubt returns
there will still be times when
everything all that your father said today
It seems like just sweet words
but reality is quite different father never hid that from
you because hiding isn't love
but it is precisely because your
father loves you that he wants you
to remember this for those days— that a dark evening does not mea
The sun has vanished forever
that a difficult phase does not mean
all is over
that fatigue is not proof
proving that you've failed means
only that you're still human
still alive still on your
journey—still in
the epic of life
Three verses 22 and 23
written by one person are
among the most sorrowful
passages in the entire Bible
Sitting amidst the ruins of
everything I once had I still hold onto this thought: it's
all due to the mercy of God
yet we have not been utterly
destroyed for His mercies never
fail they are new every morning
and His faithfulness is great
Every morning doesn't
always come easily nor
does it automatically
resolve yesterday 's
problems
but every morning the mercy is
fresh again
abundantly available
no matter what you did yesterday
or what you didn’t do yesterday
Whether you've failed succeeded
or simply endured another day
when you wake up tomorrow a
fresh source of
mercy awaits you
ot just a lingering
echo from yesterday
but entirely new—like morning dew
like the first light of a brand-new
day—father wants to
say one final thing
Not a closing statement but something
your father wants
you to carry forever
placing it somewhere deep within you
where you'll one day find it again
On days when everything feels too hard you
deserve it not because
you're perfect not because
you've done enough not because you got
everything right but
simply because you are you
because you're here
because you never gave up
even when everything gave you reason to quit
that act of not giving up
even if it was small
even if it's just running away even
if it's only continuing to breathe
sometimes when there's nothing left to
do it says something about who you are
yet no words can fully express it
In Jeremiah 29:11 there
is a promise from God
He spoke to His people not when
everything was going well but when they
were in the darkest hour of their
history when all was breaking apart
because we know the thoughts
we have toward you are
thoughts of
peace not harm to
give you a future and a hope
the final moments of your life
peace is not
disaster—no matter
how much your life may feel
like disaster rather than peace
The vision that stands before
you as you look toward your
child's future is still peace
still hope still
a happy ending
Tell me your story my
child go rest now—not in
the sense of giving up
but truly rest completely
e part that's been strained too long
the part that's tried too hard to prove itself
the part that's carried things
that never belonged to it
let go of those things
Not because you are weak but
because you are wise enough to know
that not everything needs to be
carried alone and when you let go
You will realize that those empty
hands ahead of you are precisely the
ones meant to receive even greater
blessings soon to
be placed behind you
beneath you
around you and deep
within you there is always an
absolute protection
—this is not
something I promise but a truth
but the one who created you and knows every hair on
your head has promised and
has written that promise down
and never once broken
that promise bears
your name in it—not
some generic ordinary name of humanity but your very own name
Your life
the specific story of your life
with all the details
that only you know
everything from here on out will gradually get better
ot instantly perfect but
gradually getting better step by
step in the true way
of real growth—slow steady
and sustainable
More than anything it comes
quickly and goes quickly but
you're never alone on this
journey—you've never been alone
And you will never be alone
because I am always with you
