Orange Crepe Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1.5 cups flour
For the orange sauce
1 tea glass fresh orange juice
3 heaping tablespoons butter
5 heaping tablespoons granulated sugar
Zest of 1 orange

Ingredients for Fresh Peas Dish
1 kg fresh peas
500 g tomatoes
2 small onions
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3 cloves garlic
400 ml water
