In this video, I will share actual working tips on how to get over Jet Lag when you are doing a long flight in a different time zone. In order to beat Jet Lag, you have to start with good preparation, days before the flight. You also need to have time zone calculations for you to plan, when you are going to sleep on the west to east flight.

When taking Melatonin be aware of the dose you are taking.
There are some brands that have 10 milligrams which is too much.
The ideal is around 0.1 and 0.3 milligrams of Melatonin.
