Using Grizzly and Woodmaster Tools to size and plane Ambrosia Beatle Wood for our Rustic Kitchen Cabinets.

We specifically picked this up post beetle wood. Now we've treated it and we've actually
been through our kiln so we know it's cooked. We're going to make our cabinets. Our cabinet doors
is rustic and beautiful. You don't have to worry about the bugs anymore. Being through the kiln
everything is is done. This wood is stable. Everything is dry. Look this almost looks
like pallet wood. I mean this is hickory my friends. It is hard and this is easy for you
guys to dry in small bundles and quantities like that. You see they're not straight. You can't glue
them together. You can't do anything with that. In the process we're going to actually run this
through our machine which is going to give me a straight line cut for the first side of this board.
I'm also going to try to cut off anything that this stack we're only looking for two inches here.
So I'm actually going to run this through this machine and then he's actually going to drop it
onto our planer which is going to actually plane the first half that we got going on
and it'll actually send it back to me. You got to make sure your cut end is against your fence.
Look at this wood. I mean look at it. Everything is straightened out here. You can see what
you'd be able to do with this thing. Put it in the press. Put it in the clamp. You can make
yourself panels. Everybody hates the powder post beetles but somebody would call this firewood.
I could tell you right now I would sell this wood for 10 times more than just a regular piece
just because it used to have to be lived in. It's not fresh. That whole pile that you see
turned into all the pieces that we need to build the finished frame.
