You would rather follow a proven system that already helped thousands of adults,
men and women, to learn how to dance successfully in a short amount of time.

I will explain how you can apply to work with me inside my online program.

because if you want to get better at dancing in social settings, this is the place to be.
Today we're going to do a simple club dance choreography.
And pretty much I'm using a lot of the movements that I did teach before,
a lot of club dance moves.
I'm going to link any tutorials that I did below this video, so you can check it out
if you want to learn the movements in more detail.
But generally speaking, those will be the movements that
all together in this little mini choreography, you could do in the club and not look crazy.
So let's start with a step that I did teach on my channel.
We're going to do a little step out and we're going to start low.
The first step will be to the side.
You can just mirror me.
You're going to go one, two, three, four.
So this is a simple step out with the hip up.
Okay, we're just going to do it once, but let me show you how it works first.
So the count is one, two, three, four.
And then you're going to keep the footwork the same.
But this time the hip will roll to the back.
So we have step and roll together and then step and roll.
So what I'm doing here is I'm pushing the hip up a little bit to the side as well.
And then back.
Once you can go back any further, bring the feet together.
And then same exact thing on the other side.
Five, six, seven.
We have one, two, three, four with the roll.
Five, six, seven, eight.
So this is the first eight count.
Nice and simple.
Then what's going to happen after you bring the foot in after you did the roll.
Don't bring the feet too close.
Leave a little bit of a gap.
We're going to work with the hips.
You're going to go hit, hit two times slow and then three quick ones.
So this is our triple hip motion.
Let me show you again.
You have hit, hit, hit, hit, hit.
And the count is one, two, three and four.
Let's repeat that again.
Just the hips.
We have one, two, three and four.
And from here, our count five, six.
You'll give me one slow roll with the pelvis all the way around, starting to the side.
Five, six.
And then the challenging part after that is three quick rolls.
If you can do three, do three.
I'll try to do three.
If not, two is fine.
But you're going to go seven and eight as you're dropping the body down.
So again, we have five, six, seven and eight.
Three quick ones.
If you can.
Let's do this again.
Same eight count.
Keep the knees bent.
We have one, two, three and four.
Roll five, six, seven and eight.
Let's put it together with the previous eight count.
Start with the feet close.
We have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
One, two, three and four, five, six, seven and eight.
I want you to add the arms only if those steps are easy for you with the arms.
Just like when it comes to dancing in the club, you can do whatever you want.
I usually bring them slowly up and down the body or I'm keeping them slightly lifted.
So later on, when I show you how to do this with the music, you can get some ideas.
Let's try a little bit faster from the top.
Five, six, seven, eight.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
One, two, three and four, five, six, seven and eight.
All right, let's move on to the next eight count.
You're going to shift weight onto one leg.
Bring the other foot up and the pelvis will scoop back.
Okay, so we're going to have that little backing up motion.
It goes one, two, three, four.
Just two times.
So let's do that again.
Not the easiest move.
One, two, three, four.
From there, we're going to travel to the side on five, six.
You're going to do a little hit with the shoulder.
Five, six.
So it goes five forward, rebound back to the neutral on six.
And then you're going to take a step to the side.
Quite a large step.
Seven and bring the foot in on eight.
You will drag the toes on the floor.
Okay, let me show you again.
So we had five, six, seven, eight.
We just did one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
From there, you're going to use the hip.
So we're going to lift it.
We're going to do a little accent.
One, two, then move to the side.
Three, four.
And notice what I did there to make it a little bit different.
Instead of regular drag with the toe, I added the hip lift.
But the toe is still dragging.
Let's try it again with the from the shoulder.
We have five, six, seven, eight, and then one, two, three, four.
Okay, let's try a little bit faster.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one, two, three, four.
Quickly, what you have to do when you're doing the especially the hip up
and then hip lift as you drag the toes in,
keep the knees bent for that entire part of the sequence.
You want to stay low because it's easier to operate the hips like that.
You wouldn't be able to do it with straight legs.
Okay, the last bit, guys, you're going to back up a little bit.
On five, six, you're going to just touch the toes,
touch the toes, then the foot that has no weight on it.
Take a step to the back.
And then we're just going to shift, shift, shift with the hips.
So all you're doing here is you're pushing the hips forward.
You're just twisting the pelvis like that.
And we only will do it three times, seven and eight.
Okay, let's try that last bit again.
So from going back, you have five, six, step, seven and eight.
Again, five, six, seven, repeat five, six, seven and eight.
Let's try it from the top.
Five, six, seven.
We have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
One, two, three and four, five, six, seven and eight.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
One, two, three, four, five, six, step, seven and eight.
Five, six, seven, eight.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
One, two, three and four, five, six, seven and eight.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
One, two, three, four, five and six, seven and eight.
You can't just be cautious about it
I wanna hug you, I
Show me your wild side, boy
Know it's been a while, boy
I wanna
Like it when you bite it
We can't just keep talking about it
We think too often about it
We can't just be cautious about it
I wanna hug you, I
Take me for a ride, boy
Show me your wild side, boy
Know it's been a while, boy
I wanna hug you, I
Love it like it when you bite it
We can't just keep talking about it
We think too often about it
We can't just be cautious about it
I wanna hug you, I
Take me for a ride, boy
Show me your wild side, boy
Know it's been a while, boy
