Keeping the concrete core of the modules ensures long service life, high load-bearing capacity, fire safety, and a strong cost-to-quality ratio.

The module size range is designed for transport on standard trucks at full payload, with no special permits and no escort required.

Element weight allows installation with standard cranes; if needed, assembly can be organized simultaneously from all four sides of the building.

Crane holding time per element during placement is limited to one minute; fine positioning is done without the crane using screw jacks.

The joints connect elements through vertical walls and horizontal slabs, which significantly improves overall spatial behavior and structural strength.

A hybrid configuration is also possible: a concrete load-bearing wall section combined with floors on steel profiles filled with wood-concrete. This increases stiffness, improves sound insulation, and reduces cost at the same time.

Each floor, regardless of the building’s geometry, is completed with a continuous monolithic slab that reinforces the structure and increases stability.

That continuous slab creates a safe and convenient working surface, eliminating temporary decking and complex installation operations typical of other modular systems.

The system supports broad planning flexibility: practically any reasonable ceiling height, room widths up to 8 meters, and unlimited room depth.

Facades and balconies offer a high degree of variability, with no rigid architectural constraints on balcony geometry or exterior slab finishing options.

Exterior walls can be engineered for different climate conditions, including thermal performance and moisture resistance requirements.

Thanks to stack storage, warehouse space for finished products can be reduced by up to five times, and shipping becomes straightforward.

Casting molds are built for long-term use, measured in decades, and remain relevant without physical wear or functional obsolescence.

Switching a mold to a new element size takes only a few minutes.

Mold heating can be implemented using various sources such as steam, air, water, or heating cable.

Because the molds are compact, they can be shipped by truck or container, making it possible to relocate production between countries quickly. The technology is competitive in any region where concrete and rebar are available.

The technology is universal across building types, suitable for both high-rise and low-rise construction. Switching production between segments takes only a few hours, reducing dependence on market cycles.

The cost of core construction work, including the foundation, walls, partitions, and roof, remains below 100 US dollars per square meter over the long term.

Calibrated repeatability, ensured by precise steel molds, and the alignment method using screw jacks before joint concreting prevent the accumulation of geometric errors and improve reliability as the building rises.

In practical terms, the result is speed: projects with a footprint of several thousand square meters can be assembled in a single day, and smaller buildings in just a few hours.
