Maaemo alumni Luke Henderson and Jefferson Goldring have opened an intimate, five table fine dining restaurant located inside their casual wine bar, Imperial. The Tea Room is inspired by chef Luke’s British heritage (poking fun at the thousands of tea rooms that exist in England), but the produce-driven menu is more New Nordic in style. Henderson is inspired to reimagine traditional dishes in elegant ways, and the result is some of the most flavorful and creative food we’ve ever eaten. This ambitious little restaurant has instantly opened at a two Michelin star level – it’s Oslo’s most exciting restaurant opening!
