Trump Instrumental in African American Communities in New York, HBCU Funding: Panel

Denny Salas, executive vice president of Gotham Government Relations and cofounder of Gotham Polling and Analytics, and Amanda Makki, Republican lawyer and strategist, joined a panel discussion with NTD to discuss President Donald Trump’s visit to a steel plant in Georgia on Thursday, where he lauded his economic policy and the tough road for Republicans going into the midterm elections.

The panel also discussed Trump’s efforts to make home buying easier for Americans, the accusations from Democrats that Trump is racist, and Trump’s permanent solutions for both criminal justice reform and the funding of Historic Black Colleges and Universities.
