Nirvriti stands gracefully amidst open fields — a colonial heritage bungalow built in 1865, carrying the elegance and architectural depth of its time. With its prominent pillars, arched verandahs, and grand elevated sloping tile roof, the house reflects a distinctive colonial character rarely seen today.

Years of neglect had left the structure dilapidated, demanding more than renovation — it required sensitive restoration and adaptive reuse. The vision was to rejuvenate this historic residence into a warm family home, while also functioning as a homestay in the owners’ absence.

This project carefully preserves the soul of the original structure while integrating contemporary comforts, ensuring that the past and present coexist harmoniously.

Nirvriti is not just restored — it is reawakened.
