Hey everyone, welcome to my channel.
Today I'm doing a full face of makeup forever.
I love doing full face tutorials
because it gives me the opportunity
to really do a deep dive into the brand
and let you guys know my favorite products
and also some products that didn't really work for me.
But keep in mind, what doesn't work for me
might work really good for you.
So I suggest if you're interested
in trying any of these products,
try them out for yourself.
They're all gonna be listed in the description down below.
So if you're curious, they'll all be down there.
And yeah, I would really love it
if you could give this video a thumbs up.
If you haven't subscribed yet, please subscribe.

so you don't miss any future videos.
And yeah, let's get right into it.
I'm gonna start out with complexion.
And as it turns out,
I have the most complexion products in front of me
from Makeup Forever.
I honestly just really like their complexion products.
This one is by far my favorite.
This is their Reboot Foundation.
This foundation is so good.
I really, really love it.
I don't know if you can tell,
but this foundation is on its last legs.
It is almost empty.
I've used almost the entire bottle
and I will repurchase this once it runs out
because I always reach for this foundation.
I wear the shade Y218
and this is definitely a strong contender
for today's look,
but I do have these two foundations
from Makeup Forever as well.
This is the Watertone and this is their HD Foundation.
These are both good as well,
but I just prefer the Reboot.
I was thinking about using the HD Foundation,
but it's looking like this is gonna be too dark for me.
So I think I'm just gonna go with my original idea
of using the Reboot.
I'm gonna show you guys why I love this foundation so much.
So I'm just gonna take a domed shape brush
and kind of work that foundation into the brush.
And I'm just gonna go right onto the skin with that.
Makeup Forever makes really great primers,
but I decided not to use a primer today
just because, honestly, I don't wear primers very often.
I usually only use primers on clients
for when they have to wear their makeup
for a long amount of time
or if I have to wear my makeup for a long amount of time.
But to be honest, I rarely ever reach for primers,
so I just wanted to keep it real.
So for me personally,
I usually reach for a tinted moisturizer.
I really rarely reach for a high coverage foundation
or really foundation at all, to be honest.
But this foundation is certainly an exception to that.
This is such a good color match for me.
And this foundation never pills on me, never balls up,
always looks so good over any kind of base that I have.
And it always looks like skin.
It's just so beautiful, a bit of a luminous finish,
not too matte, definitely a lighter coverage.
This is just a really, really good foundation
and definitely my favorite foundation from Makeup Forever.
So moving on to concealer,
this is the Makeup Forever Ultra HD Self-Setting Concealer.
And I actually really do like this concealer.
However, I don't like it for under my eyes.
I only like it for everywhere else on my face,
but under my eyes,
I'm not a big fan of this concealer personally.
I know a ton of people love this for under eyes,
but I just haven't been able to get into it, honestly.
So I'm gonna apply that concealer everywhere
except under my eyes.
So I'm gonna apply this on my chin,
around my nose a little bit.
I like to conceal around my mouth, just like that.
And then in between my brows as well.
And then I'm just gonna pat that out
using my Rare Beauty Concealer Brush.
The shade is a little bit dark for me right now,
but that's okay.
I think I'll be able to make it work.
This concealer is high coverage for sure,
but it's a very thin consistency.
So it's really nice if you're looking for a lot of coverage,
but something a little bit on the thinner,
more comfortable side.
That honestly blended out so easily
and it really does a good job at evening out the skin tone.
I do have a little mark here that it wasn't able to cover,
but I mean, to be honest, that is fair.
I was using an electronic derma-planing device
on my face today and it kind of cut me a little bit.
So, I mean, I understand why it wasn't able to cover it,
but everything else, it covered really well
and blended out super seamlessly,
made concealing so effortless.
And I like how it really sets down
and stays put throughout the day.
For some reason though, under my eyes,
this stuff really settles into my fine lines dramatically.
I don't know why it just doesn't look good on me.
I've seen other people use this concealer under their eyes
and it looks so good, but yeah, it just doesn't work for me.
So I'm gonna use something else under my eyes.
So going in with this Makeup Forever
all-in-one face palette, this is a beautiful palette.
I love this palette.
It is stunning and you really only need
to use the tiniest amount whenever you use this.
I think I'm gonna try to use this lightest shade
under my eyes as concealer.
I've never tried this before,
but we're gonna see how this flies today.
So just taking a little spatula,
I'm going to put that on the back of my hand
just to warm that up.
And I think I'm gonna take a little bit
of that yellow shade to color correct
under my eyes a little bit as well.
And you really only need the tiniest amount of this.
Like even this amount that I took right here
is gonna be like way too much of that yellow.
So you really get a lot out of these palettes.
I'm gonna take a flat brush and pick up a little bit
of that yellow color corrector.
And I'm just gonna go right under my eyes
in that really kind of like bluey purple area right here.
Already, you can see that it made a big difference.
This eye versus this eye.
That color is really just muted out on this side
versus you can see that purple blue
kind of tired looking bag.
And honestly, I really am using the tiniest,
tiniest amount of this.
And a little goes such a long way.
I like to just tap this product out as I go
just because it's so pigmented.
I just wanna be careful
that I'm not applying too much product.
And I have this little dry patch of skin under my eye
that has been so pesky.
It won't go away and it's been leaks.
So I've resorted to using Aquaphor on it
and that seems to kind of help a little bit.
Okay, so that's what that under eye correction
is looking like.
Obviously, it's a little bit yellow right now
and I'm gonna go over top of it with a regular concealer.
But you can really see what that did for under my eyes.
Those tired bags are just really subdued now.
So I'm actually gonna go in with a fluffy brush
and pick up that lighter shade from that same palette.
And I'm just gonna start patting that on top
of where I applied that color corrector.
Again, I'm just trying to be pretty light-handed with this.
I don't like too much product under my eye.
So the key is definitely working in thin layers.
I also take a little bit on my lid
just to diffuse some of that discoloration
and veins that I have on my lids.
So far, so good.
I think this is looking really nice
and it's blending really easily
right on top of that color corrector
and it's giving me a very nice, smooth,
seamless-looking under eye.
So I'm actually pretty impressed with how this is applying
because it's very hydrating.
Normally, I mean, especially recently
with the dry skin under my eyes,
concealers can kind of gather strangely under my eyes
because it's so dry.
But this is just melting right in
and really not clinging to any of those dry patches,
which I very much appreciate.
All right, so to build on this complexion,
I'm just gonna use the same palette
because I don't have any bronzers or blushes
by Makeup Forever.
This is really all I have for that kind of stuff.
I'm just gonna stick with this.
So I'm gonna take a little bit of this lighter brown
and a little bit of this darker brown here
and mix them together on the back of my hand.
Like I said earlier,
this really just warms up that product beautifully
and preps it to be applied on the skin.
So I'm just mixing those two shades together on my hand
until I'm happy with that color.
So taking my Refer-04 brush,
I'm gonna start swirling my brush in this product
to start coating all the bristles
and to just kind of diffuse that product,
getting an even application on the brush
is just gonna make sure that there are no streaks
when you're applying your contour
and that it just applies really evenly
and soft and diffused.
I really love using this technique
of warming the product up on the back of my hand
and then dipping into it with a brush.
And this color is so beautiful, very natural and soft.
I really like the way this is applying,
just like butter, honestly.
I'm also gonna warm up the perimeters of my face.
So I'm gonna get in to my hairline
and start blending this in to my hairline
around the perimeter of my forehead,
kind of in the places that the sun
would naturally kind of warm up your face.
Sometimes I take a little bit on my temple too
and almost connect it where I would apply eyeshadow.
And anything left over on my brush,
I just take it on my jawline.
Same thing on this side,
just pressing that into the hollow point of my cheek.
I can't get over how creamy these are.
They're so easy to work with and blend out.
Especially for working makeup artists,
I really think this palette
would be a great addition to the kit.
And to finish it off,
I'm just gonna apply whatever is left on my brush,
which isn't much,
and I just go on the outer corners of my nose a little bit.
I don't really go crazy and do a nose contour.
I just do a light dusting just to tie it all together.
And again, dipping into this palette here,
I'm gonna use, I think,
this lighter pink shade over here for blush.
I think that looks really, really pretty.
I haven't tried the blushes from this palette yet,
so I'm really excited to see how they apply.
If you already know,
I am warming it up on the back of my hand here.
I'm just gonna take another fluffy brush
and do the same thing.
Just load the brush up while kind of diffusing it,
not picking up too much of the product,
but more so pushing it into the bristles.
And then I'm gonna smile,
find the apple of my cheek,
and just press that in.
Wow, that blended in so nicely.
And this is giving a very natural
like blushing from within kind of vibe,
which I personally like.
I'm actually really liking this color.
I feel like it would be
a very universally flattering shade.
I also feel like this would be really pretty on the lips.
Oh, these creams, they just blend so well.
They almost blend themselves.
I've really put like no effort into blending them.
They just melt into the skin.
I love, love that.
So to finish off the complexion,
I'm just gonna take that brush
that I applied the foundation with,
and I'm just gonna kind of bounce it on the edges
of wherever I applied those cream products.
Just kind of blend everything out,
make it a bit more seamless.
This is definitely optional,
but I like to do this
when I'm working with cream products,
just to get the most like buttery,
flawless looking blend pretty much.
Okay, so I have noticed under my eyes
has creased a tiny bit,
but really not very much,
especially for two layers of product.
It really set and held in place well,
but we're gonna powder now.
So for powder, Makeup Forever recently came out with,
I believe a new like reformulation
for their skin matte velvet powders.
I love the packaging.
I really love the beige detail.
I think that's gorgeous.
So I'm gonna go into this shade.
This is the shade 1N00,
and I think this is gonna be light enough for me.
I don't know, we'll see.
Okay, so taking my concealer brush,
I'm just really patting out that concealer
that I applied earlier to make sure it is super smooth,
because I don't wanna set any of those lines into place.
Once I've done that, smoothed out my under eye,
I'm just gonna take a fluffy bit of a smaller brush
so I can get really detailed with it.
I'm just gonna dip into that powder,
and I'm just gonna press that right on top of my concealer.
Ooh, so far the color is really nice,
and it's really blurring under my eye.
I am liking this so far.
Same thing with this eye,
patting out that concealer,
making sure there are no fine lines.
Let's see how this powder is gonna apply
on that dry patch of skin that I've been struggling with.
Okay, so I can tell that I powdered under my eye,
and it looks a little drier than before,
which is to be expected.
This is a mattifying powder,
so it makes sense that it would have that effect
on the under eye area.
But honestly, it looks pretty good,
especially considering my under eyes
are not in the best shape right now, I would say.
I really like the way this powder set my eyes
and kind of brightened that area.
I'm gonna use the sponge that came with this powder,
and I'm just gonna take a little bit of that powder.
I'm gonna set around the centers of my face.
Okay, to be honest, I don't like the shape of this sponge.
I wish it was triangular.
This is already pretty hard to get
around the contours of my face with this shape.
I'm gonna sharpen up my contour area a little bit.
Wow, this powder really does mattify instantly.
Whoa.
Okay, so far, so good with the powder.
Honestly, I like it.
Probably not gonna be using the sponge that it comes with,
but it doesn't really bother me too much.
I think I'm gonna move into brows really quickly.
I actually love these brow products.
Oh my goodness.
So this is the Makeup Forever Aqua Resist Brow Definer,
and I love these pencils.
They're so good.
I've used the shade in three zero soft brown,
and I've used the shade 40,
which is a little bit of a darker brown,
but I've been more into lighter eyebrow lately,
so I'm gonna use this one.
Oh my gosh, I think I'm out of this.
Oh.
Okay, so I lied.
I'm actually out of that pencil.
I tried to roll it up a little bit, and it was all done.
So I'm gonna use a different one.
I'm gonna use their Aqua Resist Brow Filler.
I don't like the shape of this one as much,
so this one's more of like a thicker tip.
Just personal preference.
I prefer a more tiny micro tip,
but these brow pencils are still amazing,
and I think the color range is really good as well,
so I don't mind using this one today,
but if I could pick, I'd pick the definer over the filler,
just based on personal preference,
but if you're into the kind of like more angular shape,
you would probably like this one a lot.
Yeah, I'm just not a huge fan of this shape.
I feel like I can't really draw individual brow hairs
with this pencil.
This is definitely more of like a shader type thing.
I really like this more so for the front of my brows,
just to kind of like lightly shade in
instead of drawing individual hairs.
So using just a tiny bit
of that self-setting concealer I used earlier,
I'm just gonna take a tiny amount of that on a small brush,
and I'm just gonna start cleaning up
the outer edge of my brow,
just because I couldn't really get a super precise tail
on my brow with this pencil.
I don't mind going in and cleaning it up,
but like I said, the brow definer pencil is just more small,
so it's really good for getting into
those tiny little areas, which is why I love it so much.
See, as you guys can see,
there's not a ton of control with this kind of shape.
It's a little bit bigger, a little bit chunkier
than like a micro brow pencil is.
As you can see, it's not too bad.
I'm just gonna go in and clean it up a little bit
with concealer after.
Not a big deal.
This is actually really great for filling in
the larger parts of the brows
for a bit less of a defined look
and a bit more of a softer look, which I like.
To set the brows,
I'm gonna use the Aqua Resist Brow Fixer.
This is also in the shade 30 Soft Brown,
and I don't normally reach for a tinted brow gel,
but since I'm doing a full face of makeup forever,
I thought I would reach back in and try these again.
It's been a while.
I was using these quite a bit when I first got them,
but I honestly just kind of developed a preference
for clear brow gel, so I stopped for a while.
So honestly, my brows are naturally full as it is,
and so sometimes I feel like
when I add a brow gel like this,
they look a little bit too much,
and I don't know if you can tell,
but you can see little tiny flakes in this brow gel,
which I'm also not a huge fan of,
and I often find that I have to clean up
after applying the brow gel
because it'll get a little bit on my skin.
So I think that's why I don't really reach for this anymore.
Who I think this would be good for
is just someone who has brow hairs,
but maybe they're not super thick,
and they just want a really quick brow routine
that they can just kind of brush through and go.
Something like this might be good for you.
All right, so the brows are done.
Now we're gonna move on to eyes.
When I was going through my stuff,
I realized I don't really have any eyeshadow palettes
from Makeup Forever,
except for this customizable one that they sent me,
and I do like this palette.
This is really cool.
I like how you can customize it.
It comes in the little magnetic case.
I'm gonna start out with this light brown shade here,
and of course, I'm just gonna sweep that in my crease.
This is such a pretty crease shade.
My eyes were drawn to this shade
as soon as I got the palette.
I love a cool brown matte eyeshadow shade.
It's probably my most used shade when it comes to eyes.
I'm really just keeping a pretty classic shape,
just following my natural eye shape.
I'm also gonna go ahead and blend that
on the lower lash line.
Same thing on the bottom as on the top.
All right, so now I'm gonna dip
into this kind of warm chocolatey brown up here.
I'm just gonna kind of deepen up my outer corner
a little bit with that,
and then taking a clean, smaller blending brush,
I'm just gonna diffuse the edges of that,
and I think on the lid,
I'm actually gonna take that initial color
that I applied in my crease
and just apply a really light wash of that
all over the mobile lid,
just blending it into that crease.
Okay, so I want the eyes to be pretty neutral,
so I think I'm just gonna leave them like this.
I'm gonna move on to eyeliner now.
So I'm actually gonna be using their liquid liners,
the Aqua Resist Color Ink Liners.
I actually really like these,
and I don't normally reach for liners
that are like this kind of bottle and applicator.
These remind me of when I was in high school.
I used to always use liquid liners that looked like this,
but now I mostly use liquid liner pens,
but these are really good.
This is in the shade matte wood,
and these are super matte.
They really dry down and give you
that super powdery-looking flat matte.
So I'm gonna start by applying that brown liner
right on the outer corner of my eye.
This might be a little tricky
because I don't have a place to rest my arm,
but I'm gonna start flicking that up and out
kind of towards my temple.
All right, so that is what that liner looks like.
I did the finishing touches like bent over on the table,
balancing my arm, so I'd get it perfect,
but yeah, this liner is a beautiful, rich, dark brown.
I love the color, and I just love how matte it dries.
I'm gonna jump off camera really quick
and do my other eye, so I'll be right back.
All right, so that's the liner all done.
I think this looks really pretty
with the neutral brown eye look that we're going for.
We're gonna move on to mascara now.
So I think this mascara is called
the Professional Mascara by Makeup Forever.
So I did try this once, and to be brutally honest,
I did not like it, but I'm gonna try it again today
and see if my opinion has changed at all since then.
So this is step one.
This is the lift side of the mascara.
I've already curled my lashes, so I'm just going right in.
Okay, so so far, I kind of just feel like
this is giving me like next to nothing.
If I were to design a mascara
that was like a lifting, priming step,
I would go for a curved brush
because I just feel like a curved brush
really does lift the lashes more than a straight brush.
That's just my opinion.
So I feel like if this was a curved brush,
it would do a better job at lifting
because right now I feel like it's just kind of
like straightening my lashes, and I just curled them.
And usually I'm a fan of really light,
kind of like barely anything, fluttery mascaras,
but this just takes so long to build up.
The brush is really tiny.
And yeah, I just feel like it's not really giving anything,
but that's what step two is for, right?
Step two is supposed to be for volume,
and the brush looks like this.
Going in with the volume side,
I'm pretty sure this is where everything went downhill
for me last time, but let's hope that's not the case.
Okay, so this actually did apply better
than it did the last time, I will say.
I'm gonna use that lift side
to just kind of brush the lashes out a little bit,
and see if I can get any of those clumped out.
I'm gonna apply the lift mascara on the bottom lashes
because this brush is super tiny,
and you can actually get into your bottom lashes
really good with this side.
Actually really like this side for bottom lash mascara.
I think that looks really pretty,
and it was so easy to use this little side
for the bottom mascara.
So there's a good coat of each on the top lashes,
and just a coat of the step one on the bottom lashes.
This is the comparison.
It's not bad, I will say, it's not bad.
All right, so I actually think
I'm gonna eat my words a little bit.
I'm really liking the way this mascara is looking.
It gave me volume, and it did clump a little bit.
I will say it did clump a little bit.
I'm a little bit picky about clumps.
I don't like clumps.
I would prefer length and separation
than volume and clumps, you know?
But my lashes look good.
I'm not gonna lie, they look really good,
and the step one worked so well on my lower lashes.
One thing I really did like about the volume side
is it built up volume super quickly.
I didn't really have to work at it too long.
It really just built up fast,
and yeah, it just applied really beautifully.
So I changed my mind on the mascara.
I didn't like it at first,
but I will say sometimes mascaras change a little bit
after you open them for the first couple times
and let a little bit of air be introduced to the formula.
Sometimes it changes, and sometimes it's for the better.
And in this case, I think that's what happened.
So I'm pleasantly surprised.
So to finish off the eyes,
I think I'm gonna do something that I've never done before.
I'm gonna use a little bit of white liner.
This is their Aqua Resist Color Ink as well
in the shade Matte Snow.
I met this beauty influencer in LA
when I went to the launch of the Rare Beauty Matte Lipsticks.
Her name was Aisha,
and she was wearing this white eyeliner on her eyes,
like little dots,
and I just thought it looked so beautiful and ethereal,
and honestly, I think about that look often.
Like her makeup was so good,
but I personally haven't tried it,
but I found this liner laying around,
and I was like, I might as well try it.
So I can't remember exactly where she put these dots,
but I think they were just all around her eyes.
So I'm gonna start in the inner corner.
I'm gonna put one dot up here
and one dot on my lower lash line as well.
Okay, so I definitely feel like I need to experiment
with the placement on my eye shade,
but I think this is cute.
I really wanna play more with the white dot liner trend.
All right, so that's both eyes done.
I honestly messed up a little bit on the bottom dots
because I've applied mascara before,
and it was definitely in my way.
So instead of applying the dots where I normally would,
I kind of applied them where my lashes weren't,
which honestly isn't that good of a place.
I don't know if you can tell,
but I kind of put it on one of the folds of my eye,
which was a big mistake.
But I honestly think I'll end up testing
this makeup look out more,
seeing where the dots look best.
But yeah, for now, let's just move on.
For lip liner, I'm using one of my favorites.
This is the Wherever Walnut Lip Liner.
I have a little bit of lip liner on right now,
but I'm just gonna go ahead and apply that on top.
This color is so beautiful.
It is honestly perfect.
It looks so good on so many different skin tones.
I love the formula of these pencils.
They're one of my favorites of all time.
So I have a bunch of lip products by Makeup Forever,
but no glosses.
Makeup Forever, where are the glosses at?
I need some lip gloss from you guys.
I'm feeling kind of like a rosy lip look.
So in between Rose, Now and Always, and Immortal Rosewood.
I think I might go for Immortal Rosewood
and then lighten it up
with my favorite Makeup Forever lipstick.
So stay tuned for that.
I don't normally go for liquid lipsticks,
but these are some of my favorite liquid lipsticks.
They last so long and the color range is so pretty.
I love almost every single color.
Aside from the brown shades,
I'm just not really a big brown lip girl,
but all the reds and all the pinks are so good.
I think this is such a beautiful spring rose shade.
It's so, so stunning and this will last you all day long.
But I think I wanna make it a little bit more nude.
So I have some of the Makeup Forever Rouge Artist lipsticks
in this palette here.
I have the shade Brave Punch, Brazen Pink, and Vivid Naked.
And Vivid Naked is my favorite of all their shades.
This one right here, it looks super nude in the pan
and it is really light, I wouldn't wear it on its own.
But in the center of the lip,
when you're wearing a little bit of a darker lipstick
or even when you're just wearing some lip liner
and you want to just make your lips look more pouty
and nude, this is the shade.
Let me show you what I mean.
So I have a little bit of that shade on a brush here
and I'm just gonna start tapping it
into the center of my lip.
And then taking my finger, I'm just gonna press it
to blend it with that liquid lipstick
before it fully sets down.
Okay, I didn't have to use much,
but do you see how that just lightened up this lip
a little bit and just gave some dimension
and made it a bit more nude?
I love that lipstick personally.
I wear it all the time.
It is so, so good.
All right, that's it for this tutorial, you guys.
What do you think of this whole face of Makeup Forever?
And do you have a favorite product from Makeup Forever?
Leave a comment down below letting me know.
I think my personal favorite has to be
the Wherever Walnut Lip Liner.
I don't think I could live without that liner.
It's so, so incredible.
And a close runner up is that Vivid Naked Lipstick.
I just love that one so much.
