SLFRF Closeout Walkthrough

This video is a portal demonstration to assist with successful submission of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Closeout Report, which is available for eligible recipients that have spent the full amount of their SLFRF award and have indicated they are ready for closeout in their most recently submitted report. Eligible recipients may initiate and submit this report through the prompt in the “Closeout Reports” section in the Treasury Portal. The option to closeout for SLFRF recipients was offered starting in summer of 2025; points of contact for eligible recipients were notified via email during this period. As demonstrated in this short video, because the information auto populates from the most recently submitted report, the closeout report can take less than 10 minutes.
