The Prix De lausanne 2025 is done! I thought we could recap and watch the finals together as well as the prize winners.

The winner was Younjae_Park :-)

Congratulations to all the participants of Prix de Lausanne 2025. I must say the standard has been amazing but what I’ve enjoyed most about watching is where it seems the students are placing their profrities within their performance.

I’ve loved seeing that, although their technique is fantastic and so it should be, there wasn’t as much focus on tricks or trying to out turn their fellow dancers. The focus seekers so much more on quality of movement, precision in their technique and artistic presence on stage, making them all tell a story to the audience, show us who they are and also show that star quality.

To anyone who competed regardless if you got a prize, you have a very bright future ahead!

Congratulations to the winner Younjae Park. You were dynamic, exciting to watch and no doubt have much more to come 💪🏻🙌🤍
