The FBI Releases 'New Identifying Details' on Suspect in Nancy Guthrie Kidnapping
The FBI on Thursday released "new identifying details" of the suspect believed to have abducted 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie and raised the reward for information regarding the case to $100,000.
According to the bureau, forensic specialists in its Operational Technology Division examined doorbell camera footage from Guthrie’s home and confirmed the suspect is a man roughly 5 feet 9 to 5 feet 10 with an average build. He was seen wearing a black 25-liter Ozark Trail Hiker Pack backpack at the door where her blood was previously found.
The FBI has collected more than 13,000 tips from the public related to the case since Feb. 1 and is again urging anyone with information to contact 1-800-CALL-FBI or submit details online.
