Inside a Modern Avocado Factory How From Fresh to Bottled Rich Nutrients Smoothie Full Process

This is the journey of avocado smoothie. A chilled avocado smoothie in a pet bottle.
A product on a closed chain, controlled from raw materials, stirring, cooling, deep filling,
and cold storage, to the market. From the certified avocado orchard, the plots are surveyed,
marked, and harvested manually, sorted, cooled, palatized, and then transported
in refrigerated vehicles, maintaining freshness and traceability before being delivered to the
factory. At the receiving area, each batch of chilled butter is inspected, assigned a batch
code in the system, then transferred to the washing, aeration, water spraying, and drying line,
standardizing the raw material before further processing.
After washing, and a second screening, the avocados are peeled, pitted, and any damaged
flesh removed. They are then chopped and weighed according to standard batches,
to create a uniform avocado pulp, ready for the blending step. At the factory,
the milk base and sugar syrup are standardized, blended with butter pulp, then finely ground,
high pressure homogenization, pasteurization, and cooling in a closed system to create a safe,
cold avocado smoothie. After heat treatment, the avocado smoothie is transferred in sealed
containers to the filling machine. Pet bottles are washed, rinsed, air dried, and sterilized
caps are applied. The product is cold filled, capped, labeled, and the manufacturing date
are printed, along with defective bottles. From vast California fields of processing tomatoes,
to high speed harvesters, hot break cooking, vacuum concentration, precision seasoning,
and sterile hot filling, every stage of our ketchup production is engineered, monitored,
and verified to transform ripe tomatoes into safe, consistent, market-ready flavor.
On specialized tomato farms, purpose-bred processing varieties are planted, monitored,
and ripened in uniform rows, then harvested by high-capacity machines that cut vines,
separate fruit from leaves and soil, and load-only field-sorted ripe tomatoes for
transport to the factory. At the factory, truckloads of processing tomatoes are tipped
into stainless steel hoppers and guided along enclosed flumes, then washed in multi-stage,
high-pressure water systems that strip away soil, leaves, and grit, delivering uniformly
clean fruit as controlled, food-safe raw material. In optical grading, high-speed cameras and LED
lighting inspect every tomato, while targeted air jets remove defects, sending only premium
fruit to heavy-duty roller crushers that rupture skins, release juice and pulp, and create a
uniform crushed mash for further refining. In the hot break stage, crushed tomatoes are rapidly
heated to deactivate enzymes and lock in a deep red color, then pumped through pulpers and finishers
that sieve out skins and seeds, yielding a smooth, refined tomato pulp ready for concentration.
In vacuum evaporators, refined tomato pulp is spread into thin films and gently heated under
reduced pressure, allowing water to evaporate at low temperatures while sugars, acids, and color
intensify, forming a stable, high-bricks tomato concentrate as the flavor backbone for ketchup.
In closed, steam-jacketed kettles, tomato concentrate is precisely blended with vinegar,
sugar, salt, and signature spices, gently cooked to develop flavor, then forced through
high-pressure homogenizers to create the smooth, glossy, horrible ketchup texture
consumers instantly recognize.
