2025年2月，台灣健保進一步擴大癌症治療的給付範圍，新增多項免疫治療和抗體藥物偶聯物（ADC）的適應症，讓癌症病友在治療上減輕經濟負擔並與國際接軌。
新增健保給付項目
肝癌雙免疫治療：引入最新雙免疫組合，大幅提升晚期肝癌患者的治療成效。
小細胞肺癌：新增第二種免疫藥物適應症，適用於擴散期但無腦轉移的病患。
膽管癌：首次給付免疫治療與化療聯合用藥，提供患者新的治療選擇。
