I'm going to do a quick outfit of the day.
This is what I'm wearing for the first day of class, first day of the semester.
It's just a simple cardigan with jeans and then I'm going to wear my big jacket on top
because it's so freaking cold outside.
I'm honestly surprised I'm not in sweats but it's the first day of class so I want to make
a good impression.
Actually no, I don't want to make a bad impression by pulling up with sweats.
But it's so cold outside it's like nearly impossible.
I just know in this outfit I'm going to be freezing my butt off but it's okay.
This semester I'm definitely more excited about my classes because last semester my
courses were mainly core classes and now I'd say I'm in the bread and butter of my degree
which I think I'm going to have a lot more fun with.
Like listen to this, digital brand management, innovation process, innovative marketing,
international business.
Doesn't that sound fun to you?
I feel like it's fun, I mean I picked a degree but if you can't tell I'm a global marketing
major.
But yeah, let's go ahead and pack my bag and we're going to head to the library first and
then class after because my classes are actually pretty late in the day.
I'm going to show you what I bring in my bag to the library and class.
Laptop, chargers, my Muji planner, wallet of course, emergency pouch that has everything
in it, gloves because girl you can't go outside with no gloves, you can't.
Wired earbuds, some mints, these are really really yummy.
When classes are super long, it gets a little bit tiring to sit through even if the professor
is really entertaining and they're really engaging.
So I like to bring a drink with me to cheer me up, get me through the day.
This semester I have two classes back to back that are like around three hours long so you
know I'm going to be stocking up on some drinks.
No one told me I look like this when I had my ---- tied up.
I think it's supposed to have this.
No, like it's just like so round here.
It's not giving.
It's winter.
Welcome to layering 101 for Boston weather.
I already have my heat tech shirt and my leggings on.
On top of the heat tech, I'm going to wear a really really thick sweater.
I have these thick Nike sweatpants that I'm going to layer on top of my heat tech leggings.
And lastly, thick ass popper.
This outfit is not cute by any means but when it's below freezing, fashion is completely
out the window for me.
But we're going to go ahead and get some grocery shopping done because there's nothing in our
fridge at all.
We just came back from break so it's time for a good restock.
Our one line.
You want to try it?
We just got the stuff off.
You can do it.
I know you want it.
We're back from Trader Joe's.
Let's do a little haul of what we have.
First we have hash browns, tomato, cucumbers, one singular lime, picante peppers, creamy
cheese filling, and garlic cloves, everything bagel seasoning, which is also useful for
other things that we make, fresh mozzarella cheese balls, which is really important to
our recipe, and some uncured- I think I just started the dishwasher.
Okay, well we have uncured salami.
I don't know what that means.
Is uncured bad?
I think that means...
And then some eggs.
Can you guess what we're making?
Comment down below your guesses.
I feel like I did too much tomato.
Assembled a bit of our plate, we have all of our carbs and our egg.
Look at how colorful the ingredients are.
I'm most excited about this because apparently this is really good and you're supposed to
drizzle the sauce on top as well.
Three for you.
I'm not a big fan of olives.
This is our last ingredient, the finishing touch.
The star of the show, if you will.
Everything bagel seasoning.
What do I put it on?
Everything.
This is kind of dry, I'm not gonna lie.
You might need some Kewpie mayo.
Yeah.
First bite!
Really?
That really is really good.
I like it.
We can make it again.
We have hella ingredients.
I haven't tried the olives yet.
Try it.
Before I left for break, I kind of left everything where it was and it was finals week so you
know things got really messy.
Since it's the new year, I thought that it would be beneficial to do some deep cleaning
and pretty much some cleaning around my apartment because it's been kind of nasty.
I already did my bed sheets and laundry and now I'm gonna clean my room because, you know,
finals week.
Look at this.
You guys see this?
