Today's story is about the elephant and the deer In a forest lived an elephant named Apapu who was very proud of himself One day as I walked I found myself surrounded by four or five trees One of them had a peacock nesting in the tree and the elephant would also surround that tree After the eggs were stolen Gauriya cried bitterly and said she would never forgive this wicked thief who had taken all her eggs Then she goes to her friends Madu the Fly Frog and Cut the Cucumber Then forming a plan they gather together and go to Hati's place Seeing the elephant asleep Madu the fly begins to sing in its ear His voice sends a shiver down the spine and just as a sudden gust cuts through the air the bird darts forward pecking fiercely into his eye until it bursts open He wanders aimlessly searching for water but before he can find it the frog and his friends arrive at the marsh and start calling out The elephant thinks there's water there and falls into the mud The lesson we learn from this mine is that wisdom is more valuable than strength and a friend who stands by you in need is the true friend Thank you
