Warning: When Maui Has A Real Estate Flash Sale – 300 Mahana Ridge Estates

Yes, I'm coming to you live once again from the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii, from the neighborhood known as Mahana Ridge Estates in Kapalua. And yes, this is a flash sale. So we've already had three showings on this property. It just hit the market. I did the Maui Quint Essential video last week. I couldn't tell you it was coming soon because I'm not allowed to, but I did show you the beautiful staging. I showed you a lot about this property already. So some people are definitely paying attention. That's good. But I wanted to make sure I got the word out and I did my job because I have a feeling this one is going to go fast. And the comparable sales are one of the reasons because this thing's about 1.6 million below the two most recent homes that just sold in this neighborhood. So when you take this little road down there, you can go down the gully, up the ravine and boom, you're up in some of the best single track and walking trails and the duck pond. And so the lifestyle from here to be able to get to the beach, to get to the golf courses, to get to, you know, some of the best single track. And you guys know me, I'm a single track guy. I love my single track. Let's go. OK, so what was recently added to this property that makes it pretty special? I'm going to show you for 40 grand. This gate was just put in. So we have a privacy gate. This is a gated community, of course, but you have an additional privacy gate, which I'm going to go ahead and open up. This was just put in for, I believe, forty thousand bucks. And yes, you have your own little clicker, but you can also punch in a code. And of course, this place is perfectly manicured, cloth taken care of. No deferred maintenance. Everything is ready to go. I like having two points of entry. Right. You've got this locked area here. It's always nice having a little bit of perimeter control. Of course, cameras everywhere and home automation galore. Little entrance. Right. Yeah, I just it's just something about ambience or something about a sense of space or something about just creating, you know, something special, which is really what I think they did with this home. As I mentioned, this was the developer's home. This was developed by Nan. And this was the property that he built for himself of all the lots he could have picked. He picked this one. So he had the choice of 51 lots. Why did he do that? Which creates a little bit of inconvenience having to drive all the way up to the top of the neighborhood. You're less than halfway through, but you have that intimate ocean view. You can see the texture in the wave. You can see the ridge lines of Molokai. And I bet you could even probably hear the ocean when there's a big swell. Matter of fact, I thought I heard some crashing waves just the other day, but I could be wrong. Depends on the direction of the wind. Lots of whales jumping. But here's this beautiful great room with soaring vaulted ceiling. Of course, a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops. We've got Sub-Zero refrigerator. We've got a beautiful Viking six burner stove and oven, a hood. I like these kind of little slats with it. The fresh AC comes out. We have $180,000 worth of photovoltaic on the roof with Tesla backup batteries. There's for your wine, beautiful Sub-Zero wine cooler and a massive indoor outdoor space. There's over seven smart TVs that are already hung with the little sound bar Sonos speakers underneath. Of course, you have full integrated stereo system throughout the entire property. I don't have it playing right now because I don't want to copyright strike. And then in my humble opinion, I'm going to say this is the most beautiful pool I've ever seen on Maui. Why? Because you have $180,000 that went in and this beautiful glass tile that just has this iridescent rainbow coloring that comes through depending on the angle. You have fire bowls that are propane fire, big old 200 gallon propane tank. You have, of course, the tiki torches. You have bubblers here. I don't have them on right now, but I can turn those on with a touch of a button or an app little Baja shelf with some nice little lay down chairs. And of course, of course, you have to have the soaking hot tub next to the fire bowl and four additional tiki torches. And that's right. This is a massive one point three acres. So down below there, nothing will be built. It's a huge yard. Oh, my goodness. I mean, seriously, you can play football, rugby and basketball, three different teams all at the same time down there. You have an outdoor shower right there. You have two primary suites that have ocean views never ending on suite, of course, with a beautiful walk in closets and outdoor barbecue entertainment area. You got a TV out here for watching the fights or watching the football games. You have a beautiful barbecue over here, all in great shape, all very clean, little refrigeration action, bar sink. Oh, right. Because you know what? What I love about this house is it's got the double pocketing doors. You have pocketing doors over there and pocketing doors over here. I mean absolutely good size bedrooms. One of my pet peeves is homes that don't have adequately sized bedrooms. Another beautiful floor-to-ceiling tile shower. Another one of those automatic kind toilets. It kind of freaks me out every time it does that. And a walk-in shower, I mean a walk-in closet, all with built-ins as well. Here's one of those seven smart TVs hanging with the Sonos center channel speaker. Soundbar speaker, I should say. Here's some more of that drama. Should we do one of these beautiful shots here? And then we'll head over here to the second primary. Now when the owners lived here, they actually lived in this primary. So you've got master bedroom primary choices. I love this sort of off purple. I mean it's just this smooth, misty purple. What do you guys think of Lisa's aging? She just gives it that that touch. I don't know how to explain it, but it just looks amazing. And then we'll head back. Well hang on, gotta show you one of my favorite features. Again, the same kind of concept here with the walk-in closet. And oh, I wanted to show you the home automation in this house. Every single room has got a panel of buttons that you can run with an app or you can run right here and you can just push one button and everything happens. Are you ready? Oh, that turned it off, sorry. Yeah, everything happened all right. It's funny. Okay, all you gotta do is push the buttons and it all comes alive. So there's auto shades absolutely everywhere. And then this has got your little zen moment. Sitting here enjoying a cup of tea or maybe a glass of your favorite red wine or chardonnay at sunset. Or maybe it's first thing in the morning. Hey, I don't know. Whatever suits you. You have a nice little window into Maui well-watching bliss. And of course his and hers sinks with your smart TV up on the wall. And here comes that toilet.
