Anna lovely gallery Christmas show YouTube

Hi everyone, so apologies about the late video posting. Obviously it's coming up to Christmas week and there's a lot going on and one of those things, as well as my Balance show, we do have a show that is in Anna Lovely Gallery in Sydenham. It's a group show and it is like a summer show that I posted before and I put the link on the end. This one will be selected artists however from Anna Lovely and I'm happy to say I was one of the artists. Now it is a large array of artists and it's not not labelled, it's actually numbered which I really do like because you actually end up really looking at work rather than actually focusing on who done what. These particular postcard styles are embroidered on old vintage style handkerchiefs with pictures of areas like for example Forest Hill and these particular pieces with the woods I was just captivated. This work I do know and I'm a fan of and it is Gabriella Bradshaw, a wonderful artist that I had featured before on this show. Same as that globe in the background but we're going into now my work. This is a collection of paintings I've done on the cold moon. Normally I would not do so many paintings on one month but I did a theme where I worked from the beginning of Sunset right up until Sunrise capturing the energy of the cold moon of that evening where you can see the change of the lights. These have been done with oil paint and then some ones like the one on the far right here it's been done with oil paint and palo santo creating that black and more of a kind of misty energy. I'd love you to go and see them and the rest of everyone's work as you can see it's some fantastic work here. The show is obviously running at the moment, it is part of the Christmas group show. I definitely recommend just checking opening times like everywhere for Christmas these times because I wouldn't want to give you the wrong time but I do hope you come and see the show and thank you for supporting me as always.
