Disfrutar, Barcelona laboratory exclusive visit. Disfrutar opened since December 2014, was born after years of intense work in elBulli, where Mateu Casañas, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch met and trained, and after referring the work done in Compartir inaugurated in April 2012 in Cadaqués.
Disfrutar is not a replica of Compartir, but they are joined by inherent aspects that go with the way of being of the three chefs and owners: a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere; and an attentive service, close and relaxed, with a great human team headed in the kitchen by Nil, Antonio and Francesca, and in the dining room by Toni, Patricia, Rubén and Vicente.
In Barcelona, the gastronomic offer revolves around the tasting menu, with a cuisine that is clearly avant-garde and where the dishes stand out for their great personality, markedly Mediterranean. In short, a restaurant with daring, fun and modern cuisine in search of "taste" as the main premise.
