This is Brad Pitt, one of the most famous actors in the world,
known for being one of the best-looking people of all time.
And this is his younger brother, Doug Pitt.
While they both look good, the difference is evident.
Brad has a wider jaw, a wider palate,
slightly more developed cheekbones and a better facial musculature.
As a result, while they look strikingly similar,
one is known for being one of the best-looking people in the world
and the other isn't.
So in this video, I'm going to break down the exact science behind why this is
and how you can use this to become the best-looking and healthiest version of yourself.
Because this is just a matter of millimeters.
And if you want some proof before we get into it,
I transformed from this to this.
I improved my chronic asthma.
I fixed my sleep apnea.
I balanced out my facial asymmetry.
I developed my jaw upwards and forwards.
I straightened my nose, improved the support under my eyes
and changed my entire health and looks from the inside out.
I did the exact same thing for my best friend, my 58-year-old mother.
And now I've transformed thousands of other people
to the point where I'm in the privileged position to be launching my own scientific study
and working directly with people like Dr. Mike Mu, the founder of Mewing.
So let's get cracking into this video.
This is probably the best photo to analyze because they look similar,
they have similar hairstyles and they are in the exact same lighting.
And again, this isn't about putting anyone down.
This is just about highlighting how brilliant the human body is
and how we are meant to look if we have perfect habits.
In these two photos, you can see that Brad Pitt has a slightly wider jaw,
likely due to better biomechanics and better myofunctional habits.
Your master muscles of your jaw are the strongest muscles within your body
and they are responsible for chewing.
When you chew, you engage a process called mechanotransduction,
which then allows osteoblasts to be formed,
which are the bone building cells that allow new bone matrix to be formed.
So by chewing more efficiently,
not only do these muscles become more developed and wider,
leading to his face becoming more masculine and better balanced,
it also leads to more bone being formed and his jaw developing upwards and forwards.
And again, this is the second most important difference between the two brothers,
where you can clearly see that under the chin,
in the submental region, in the hyoid region,
Doug Pitt has more loose skin and a lower set hyoid bone.
Now, a lot of people believe that this is genetic,
but in no way, shape or form is it.
The hyoid bone is a bone that sits under your chin,
which then determines how tight the area under your jaw becomes.
But what a lot of people don't realize is that
this bone is purely supported by a musculature sling,
which means that if you engage the muscles more efficiently
by having better habits, by chewing better, by having better posture,
by breathing more efficiently, you engage these muscles.
And this means that the hyoid bone slightly raises,
the muscles become tighter and the skin under your jaw more defined.
And even more importantly, with this second point,
you need to remind yourself that this isn't just luck or random.
The reason that one brother can be known for being
one of the best looking people in the world
and the other brother a bit more obscure,
isn't just luck or random societal standards.
This is determined by our biology.
We are animals, biologically hardwired to pick the healthiest mate.
When a human chews more efficiently,
they also break down the food and digest it more efficiently,
which means they absorb more nutrients,
grow larger, develop quicker and have more energy.
In combination, when we breathe more efficiently,
we have better posture,
which allows our tongue to rest against the roof of our mouth,
which prevents our fascia, a layer of connective tissue within our body
from becoming constricted,
which allows better movement, allows us to become stronger,
which allows us to move in better patterns, be less injury prone.
And also when we breathe better, we live longer.
Remember biologically, this was about the survival of the fittest.
The reason that we find these traits attractive is because they are healthy.
They allowed us to live a higher quality life
and survive for a longer period of time.
While we have all of this technology, our instincts are the same.
And so it is fundamental to comprehend the thing that I always say,
health is looks.
And I know a lot of you will find this interesting,
but barely any of you will take action on the information that I'm saying.
And if you're interested in developing a personal routine,
finding out all of the information,
speaking to me directly and having it all in one place,
you are more than welcome to join the number one ranked health community
in the entire world.
The link is in the description,
and we are soon going to be launching a special challenge
with Dr. Mike Mu himself.
But that's enough waffle.
Let's get into the third point for why Brad Pitt looks better
than his brother, Doug.
And this is where it gets super fascinating
and where hopefully you will be able to apply
a lot of this information to yourself.
Again, while that eye area is very similar,
the distance between the eyes is greater for Brad
and more narrow for Doug.
This is because of a more narrow maxilla.
Again, when the palate is slightly wider,
which you'll see in this photo,
Brad has a slightly wider palate,
which then allows the tongue to push upwards
and outwards on the roof of the mouth
rather than pushing against the teeth.
When the tongue pushes against the teeth,
this creates a cascade of problems.
For example, when the tongue pushes against the teeth,
this can impact the way that the wisdom teeth grow.
It can lead to the proprioceptive feedback loop being messed up,
which leads to something called the temporomandibular joint
being out of line with the master muscle,
which will then kickstart this entire process
where the muscles become less and less developed,
leading to very slight bone loss over time,
which then creates a massive difference in appearance.
And so because Brad Pitt has a slightly wider palate,
this has allowed the tongue to develop the maxilla
more and more because the tongue supports the maxilla.
And when the maxilla is slightly wider
and slightly more developed,
this then reinforces zygomatic or cheekbone support,
which we closely interlinked with the infraorbitals
and the entire structure of the face,
leading to the eyes being just slightly further apart,
leading to a more balanced face again,
because these are all signals of health.
We have just been taught that is 100% genetics.
And while genetics are real, they aren't the entire picture.
And if we want further proof,
we can see this with a load of my client transformations
where you can see the jaw shifts upwards and forwards.
There is slightly more support under the eyes.
The eyes become a very slightly different shape.
The nose shifts upwards and forwards,
and these are all interlinked with one root cause,
the bone structure rotating counterclockwise
because the tongue supports the structure
and the body posture is then reinforcing all of this
from the inside out.
And I want to make one final point
for all of the legends
that have made it this far in this video.
I want to mention the way
that Brad Pitt walks biomechanically.
Now, Doug, again, I'm not making this video
to put anyone down,
but I do want to discuss the way
that Brad Pitt moves and walks
because it is exemplary.
Some of you may have seen my other videos
where I talk about the way
that the feet are the foundation of the body
and they dictate the way
that the fascia spirals throughout
and therefore can also influence
the way the face develops.
You'll see that the way Brad Pitt walks
is nearly flawless.
His feet are straight,
he moves in a natural spiral
and his body functions efficiently.
This allows proper posture
and because the body supports the neck,
the neck supports the head,
this then prevents relapse.
This is a really important point.
No matter whether you do thumb pulling,
mewing, you nail your gut health,
you nail your diet,
you train the muscles within your face.
If your body posture is not ideal,
all of these results will relapse and collapse.
If you have scoliosis,
if you have duck feet,
if you have lateral pelvic tilt,
if you have a tight shoulder,
this will then prevent your body
from breathing and moving efficiently
and force stabilizer muscles to activate,
which will throw the entire body out of balance.
So take note of this.
Look at this video of Brad Pitt walking
and copy it exactly.
Toes slightly in,
heel going out and a proper spiral
leading to biomechanical support.
I say this,
I used to have the worst body posture.
I used to have scoliosis,
so many issues,
terrible walking posture,
but this can be fixed super easily
and is one of the most important things
to do as soon as possible.
