Fed Chair Pick Warsh Critical of Central Bank Overreach

President Donald Trump is nominating Kevin Warsh to become the next chairman of the Federal Reserve. Warsh was confirmed by the Senate as Fed Governor back in 2006, the youngest ever in that role at 35. He has been a critic of the current Federal Reserve system, particularly for its policies, since the pandemic. Warsh said the Fed has become too involved in areas beyond its role.
