The Food People That Make Ho Chi Minh City Hard to Leave

Saigon makes it easy to fall in love through its food, its energy, and especially its people. We spend a full day exploring Ho Chi Minh City, starting with a classic local breakfast, Bò Né, at a small family-run spot that completely impressed us. Another highlight was learning how to make bánh mì from a passionate local during her hands-on workshop and eating our own creations. To end our night, we met up with new friends at Vietnam’s first sake brewery, sharing an unforgettable dinner and great conversations. This day wasn’t just about eating well. It was about the people and moments that make Saigon so special.
