🍫 100 g dark chocolate
🧈 60 g butter
🍬 110 g sugar
🥚 1 egg
🌾 75 g flour
🍫 20 g cocoa powder
🧂 1 tsp baking powder
🧂 1/4 tsp salt
🌿 1/4 tsp vanilla

🧈 Ingredients:
🥣 150 g unsalted butter (softened)
🌾 170 g all-purpose flour
🍬 85 g powdered sugar (icing sugar)
🥚 25 g egg white
🍫 15 g cocoa powder
🌸 Vanilla (optional)

⭐ Filling:
🧀 Cream cheese — 180 g (≈ 3/4 cup)
🍚 Powdered sugar — 50 g (≈ 1/2 cup)
🌿 Vanilla powder — 1/4 tsp (1/4 tsp)
🍪 Dough:
🍫 Dark chocolate — 100 g (≈ 3.5 oz / 1/2 cup chopped)
🧈 Unsalted butter — 180 g (≈ 3/4 cup / 1.5 sticks)
🍯 Brown sugar — 180 g (≈ 3/4 cup, packed)
🥚 Egg — 1 (1 large egg)
🌾 All-purpose flour — 300 g (≈ 2 1/2 cups)
🍫 Cocoa powder — 20 g (≈ 1/4 cup)
✨ Baking powder — 1 tsp (1 tsp)
