The Parts Counter Ep. 3 ｜ Installing Defender Saddlebags on the 2025 Street Bob ｜ Harley-Davidson

We’re back at Ventura Harley-Davidson for Episode 3 of The Parts Counter, our four-part series presented by @hotbikemagazine. In this episode, Editor-in-Chief Jordan Mastagni and H-D Technician Cody Gordon install the versatile Harley-Davidson Defender Quick-Release Saddlebags on a 2025 Harley-Davidson Street Bob motorcycle.

Designed for riders who want to add storage without sacrificing style, the Defender Bags are waterproof, lockable, and hold their shape. The quick-release function makes them perfect for everyday use or longer trips when you need to bring along extra gear.

To make it all work, the team also installs the Rear Turn Signal and License Plate Relocation Kit, which creates the space needed to mount the bags while keeping the rear end clean and functional.
