Japan PM Open to Talks With China's Xi; China Cancels All February Flights to Japan

Japan and China are sending different signals to one another amid Japan-China tensions. Japan's prime minister said she's open to meeting Chinese leader Xi Jinping. At the same time, Chinese airlines canceled all February flights to Japan following earlier travel advisories that discouraged Chinese tourists from visiting Japan.
