MLB The Show_ Kansas City Royals vs Minnesota Twins (S24 ALDS G1)

The energy in this building, they are fired up for game one. One down. Next up for the Royals, Big Daddy. Kind of a throwback. No batting gloves. And he swings and lifts one to deep center. And that one, he circles the bases. It's 2-1. He squared it up right away. Aggressive on the, wherever it's at. Really good job. No batting. Any time at the plate, net it back. Intentional walk, definitely backfired on the right there. Set themselves up for a better situation. But when you're going to the plate in that spot, there's nothing you want to do more than make them regret it. Into the plate for Kansas City, the Big Daddy. He's got a couple homers already, so could he possibly do it again? Come on, man, of course he can. Those two he hit were legit. Singing the ball is jumping off his back. Yes, it is. Tons of loud contact. Man, it's been impressive. In this one, Ed, there's no better time for the Royals. Normally special, but pulling it off in October during the biggest games of the year, that's incredible. Two outs, nobody up. Big Daddy will hit next. Three for three, and he's homered three times. This is awesome. This one finishes with a final of seven to four. For Chris Singleton and our entire crew here at MLB The Show, thanks for stopping by. I'm John Schampe. Talk to you soon.
