MY NEW BIKE BUILD IS INSANE - FIRST RIDE!!!

Oh my god, this frame is amazing! Hello everyone, today is going to be epic because this box just arrived from Canyon and inside it is a brand new frame. Look at this beauty! This is a totally fresh Canyon stitched 720 frame. Oh my god, that looks incredible! But what we want to do, it's a little bit of magic actually, we're just going to get this fitted as fast as possible onto my old slope bike so we can get the shredding started even faster. This is going to be my first full bike magic and I think it's going to work so well. Here we go. Oh my god, that's insane! Look at that! That is an absolute piece of art. Oh my god, the Canyon stitched 720 in this epic green colourway, wow! So my slope style bike has been fully spruced up with this brand new frame and of course we're running the Halo Chaos wheelset on here and this is in the brand new grey colourway of the chrome spokes and hub which look epic. I've also got the Goodyear wing foot dirt tyres on there, absolutely love them, been using them for the last year and they're incredible. We've got the e-wings titanium crankset on there which cost £1000, it's ridiculous but that has so far not been a problem other than the fact my pedal is stuck on because I didn't put oil in it and now it's welded itself together so I can't get it off. But other than that, amazing cranks. We've got a prototype Ergon saddle on there which is like a dirt jump style one, feels great and is awesome for grabbing for backflip superman seat grabs. Actually the day I put that on I learnt that trick which I'm stoked about. We've got the huge HiRise 76mm bars from Da Bomb, I found them on eBay for about £30, epic! And on the front I've got the stickless RockShox pikes and on the handlebars we are running pill grips in the mixed green and black colourway. But it's time to go and shred this thing and I think we get out of the UK and head to the famous Ibiza. Ah yes bike, you survived the trip, let's get you out. Yes, we made it to Ibiza, let's get the bike built and shreddy it, so excited. With the bike freshly built, I'm ready to give it it's first ride. We're out here in Ibiza, I'm with Alison, spin the camera round Ali. There we go, we're going to have a nice little holiday here but of course I can't come on holiday without doing a bit of biking first so today we're going to shred as much cool stuff as possible and if you run over in this direction Ali, chase me. Oh I've got a stitch. There's actually an ultimate stair set of doom which is the warm up for this new bike and I'm going to hit it right now, let's get into the action. Hit record, she's got the drone filming. Right here we go then, first ride in Ibiza on my new bike, huge doomer, let's get it. Whoa, whoa, oh, not going fast but it's terrifying because my brake doesn't work. It's a workout. Yes, oh, what an amazing intro to Ibiza. Now I've got to run all the way back up to fly the drone back for Ali. Thank you for filming that, let's do a selfie over here. I've come from the stairs after that little bumpy warm up to this insane jump line here, this is the Carib Riders bike park. The guys have made one of the sickest jump lines I've ever ridden actually. Only downside is it's so hot here so I'm not sure how many laps I'm going to do and behind me is actually, if you've seen Thomas Lemoine's edit, he tried to gap this whole thing and he landed in there and got very injured so I won't be trying that. I'm going to run up now, see if I can remember the speed from last year, blast a full lap and then we'll see what tricks we can do before I get too hot. After a heavy sweaty push I'm at the top of this insane line, the jumps are massive. I'm going to try and remember the speed from last year but basically just go and hit all the jumps and it should be the right speed. This is it, here we go, Carib line in Ibiza. Wow, hugeness, huge there, it's windy, so much wind. I got blown, yes, oh my God. There we go, that was the Carib line, oh God it's so hot. Wow, just completed one lap, it is absolutely boiling, it says 30 degrees here but we're completely in the middle of the sun and it's quite windy down the bottom. It's the most insane trail ever, I'd love to just session it all day but it is such hard work in this heat. I'm going to go up again and see how many tricks I can do on the way down and then I'm going to have to go and find some water to jump in or something because that is next, it is boiling, my English body doesn't know what's going on at the moment but this is crazy, Carib riders, you made an insane line here. Back to the top, see how many tricks I can do. Raise this, flip that to flat, oh my God, I almost died. I had to seat bounce that gap, I cannot even explain how gnarly that is to do. Oh my God, back to the top, that's craziness. All right, let's get it now, that seat bounce was unbelievable, so gnarly, here we go. Tabes, no hander, backflip, clean tailwhip, boost this one. My head hit the tree, that's unbelievable. Jump this into the wind, oh it's windy. Clear that, so windy, into the final. Oh my God, I almost over rotated. I pulled so hard for that, I landed in a manual. It's quite hard to see because the dirt is this crazy whitey color. Quite hectic wind down here, I'm pumped on that. Just turn up, send some tricks in the hottest weather I've ever been in. Ibiza, you're the best, let's go and see what else we can do. We've now come from all that sweatiness to a secret beach. I had a big investigation before we come for spots to check out and this is supposed to be some sort of hidden gem. We've got to do a bit of a hike down. The scenery is incredible though, as you can see, everywhere around looks great. And yeah, we're going to walk down here and there should be like a super picturesque and dreamy sort of swim spot for a quick break midday. Look at this place, amazing. It's quite the dream, isn't it? It's probably enough of that. Skate park, please. We've come from that little dip to the skate park. We came here last year, it's quite fun. We're going to blast out a few tricks in paradise. Why not start over here? Oh, are you impressed? Very, I think a lawn might work. No, we're going to get that though. Three to Manny in the heat. She's packed all the clothes up and that. Our balcony looks over the epicness in Ushuaia pool there. We're staying right up the top. Look, we've got the big stuff on the wall here. It's going to be well cool and tonight in Ushuaia, if you know about it, it's a huge outdoor music venue and there's Dimitri Vegas there. He's like a huge DJ. It's going to be sick. We're going to do that and then it's Fisher, one of our favourite DJs. So come and join us for a night of craziness. I think we should go up onto the roof, overlook what it looks like and then get down there for the action. Come on. We're on the rooftop of Ushuaia. It's firing down there already. It's quite early.
