January always feels like a fresh start, so I’m sharing a slow January reset day focused on intention and slow productivity. In this video, I’m spending the day eating nourishing meals - although I wasn’t too hungry I still listened to my body and focused on healthy meals, by also moving gently (even when I realllly didn’t want to haha), journaling, reading, and slowing down after the busy holiday season.
