HAUSER - The Swan
HAUSER performing “The Swan” from The Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saëns with the London Symphony Orchestra
This piece of music changed my life.
When I was four years old, I heard The Swan on the radio.
The sound of the cello struck me so deeply that I still remember the feeling —
like watching a swan slowly gliding across a peaceful lake.
In that moment, I knew this sound was my destiny.
Years later, after everything that happened in my life and career, I have finally returned to where it all began.
The Swan is the most iconic piece ever written for the cello, and it holds a very special place in my heart.
That is why this EP is different.
I normally avoid recording music originally written for the cello — but this time, I made an exception.
This project is not just a release.
It is a circle closing.
Recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra,
this EP is my personal tribute to the music that chose me before I ever chose it.
THE SWAN – Classic EP
