The Spec We We’ve Always Wanted…Major Progress at DRAGSTRIP!

Wait, wait, do the sad music. So we are here to see the forgotten about Ferrari. Forgotten Ferrari? Right. First of all, the fact that Dan had to text us that I forgot this Ferrari was coming. BDD did it again. He really did a great job randomly picking a car. We've spent the last 25 years building a business together. Now we're building the ultimate driving collection. All while having fun with family. And maybe kicking a bush or two along the way. We have a meeting with the RM Sotheby's people for the Moda Miami. There's nothing better than FaceTiming in the Virgil. I mean, this is like a mobile work lounge, anything you want area. Oh, my coworker. Hey, am I driving esoteric right now? Yes. Jordan texted us and said, hey, Dan texted me the other day and said, there's a Ferrari here with no name on it. Could it be yours? Was it yours, Jordan? I mean, he had the right guys. I bet we're the first people he asked, too. So a car got delivered esoteric. A Ferrari. A Ferrari got delivered esoteric. They had no clue whose it was. And why was that, Jordan? Well, I had another Ferrari going there. And I forgot about the other Ferrari that was also going there. So completely forgot about a car that just showed up. Well, I totally forgot to tell esoteric about it. Like I scheduled everything, the pickup, all that. And then Dan just texted me out of the blue. Does this $2.96 happen to be your guys? There's no owner information. Because if anyone's just going to drop a Ferrari up and have no information about it, he knew it has to be Triple F. He said that earlier. Personal. He went rogue on this one with his friends down in Florida. So I mean, like, I have no idea. It's like totally off the beaten path. I love that he bought this, though. I'm super excited. Right. And we've always wanted a car. We've been afraid to spec it just because it's so out there. But we've almost spec close a lot. Like it's one of the colors that always comes up in a spec. Is it? So I'm going to have a collection. Right. So am I. I'm excited to see it. I know. I want to see the really bad. They said it's beautiful in there. It's beautiful. Well, all we do is royal. What? Should we go see it? What? What else are we here for? Easy. Oh, I forgot the other reason we're here. They've had my Tesla forever. I am about four months past due turning it into my lease. Where do you turn it in? We're going to take it. Today? Today. After this, we're going to go to the Tesla store at Easton. OK. And just turn it in. I'm paying like $2,500 a month on this lease. They were just on bringing trailer one night and he just bought it. Didn't talk to like, didn't like, normally we talk about it, right? And everything. He's just like, oh, I bought a 296. He just thought it's like, I bought a 296. And then we're looking at the 430 scoot over there. And then so I was thinking that Ferrari. And so I totally forgot about this one. A lot of times we get to see your cars before you do. Oh, yeah, it's actually preferred. Just get it all done and wrapped up. And then as soon as the real delivery, then we can go drive that without worrying about it. The color itself is amazing, right? I'm excited because like I've always wanted to, like when we spec cars, always in there. Yep. But we just can never quite pull the trigger. Well, let's see it. I know. I can't wait anymore. I know. It's going to be so exciting. Oh, I love that. Oh, that looks good. Well, it's cool about it. Is it being so dark? Some ways you look at it kind of looks black. Oh my God. That thing is sweet. No. We weren't sure what color they are. They're like a tan. We thought they were white. I love the yellow accents. I mean, this is perfect. He really did a great job randomly picking a car. Well, now we'll have the GTB and the GTS. That's awesome. Isn't that cool? Now we need the 296 Challenge car. Look how they did that, the raised Ferrari right there. That's really cool. Like the badge. One of my favorite parts of this are the yellow calipers. Badge is fantastic with the badging and everything. Gorgeous spec. If I was doing purple, I mean, I don't know if I'd do it any different. Like your spec. I know. I love it. Because like, I think that'll be fine. Oh yeah. Seats are comfy. You know what? I don't think it needs anything done. We're taking it to that. My light shows otherwise. Oh, let's see. Let's see. Yeah, let's see if we can get this. See when I move the light around, you see it kind of bends in a bunch of different ways. You can see all like the surface scratching too. Yeah, it's all over the car. The hood, I noticed it when it was completely covered in water. I could already see it. Right. But we can fix that. No problem. See, that's what I love about you guys. It's better than how it comes. They always say leave things as good or better as what you find them. Yep. It looks so good with the light on it. See, it's going to look so good in the sun. Yeah. I'm impressed with BDD's pick. Well, the fact that he chose this purple. There's lots of shades of purple. There's lots of like, if it was like more of like a plum, like a purple-y purple. But this is beautiful. The dark purple. We've had so much fun in this car. Do you remember the first time we launched it? Like nothing like this. It was right out. It was right outside. We got, we got out of the parking lot of Tesla. We couldn't even help it. Immediately. Up and down doing like cheetah mode and just like giggling. All right. Look, you have to get up there. What you have to get a picture of that too. Oh my God. Okay. Do it again. I can't. And then, you know, we had so many good times out of the drag strip. Oh my God. If you guys haven't seen it about two years ago, we did. We rented out an airstrip and we did. We brought out the Bugatti, the 918. LaFerrari. We didn't race a LaFerrari though. We didn't race it. Right. But, and then we had the Senna out there. Yeah. This airstrip though, had a lot of little loose gravel. Right. Well, we even paid to have a street sweeper come in twice and get off all the gravel. It's like the quintessential YouTube car. I didn't even get it for a camera car, but it turned out to be the absolute best camera car. Totally quiet and faster than almost anything. Well, the wrap was really cool. I think that was a really cool wrap. That was our first wrap with Epic Wraps. They did so good. You know, they did that totally for free. So they wanted to like show us what they can do. Right. What they can do. So they took this car, probably, you know, eight, $8,000 wrap. The embossed triple F's that they did. So cool. So I didn't even know you could do that. Right. So cool. Almost didn't recognize it. Just being all blue. I know. It doesn't look like the same car, does it? Not at all. Wait, wait. Cue the sad music. Here at the drag strip. Right. So we're just now pulling into the drag strip with John. This is going to take it to the next level next year. When we have guys over to race, it's going to be. We'll actually have a bathroom, which will be nice. We'll have a bathroom. Right. We'll have a bathroom. Right. We'll have a hangout area. But most importantly, we'll have an actual tree set up. And we'll have an actual, like, world-class timing system on this. Instead of just using our draggies and trying to do it with our phones. I mean, how cool is that? And then the scoreboard with the replay. Dude, I bet no other track in the country. No other drag strip in the country. Even public ones, which is like more what that would be for. Right. Would even come close to matching these screens. With finish line. There's a finish line cam. So you do it and then it shows pictures. Slow-mo finish line. Why don't more people do that? That's so cool. Oh, look at that. They're up the structures for it. Those are huge. Those are bad. Three, two, one, go. Doesn't feel like anything, does it? So this will be like the counters. And then your kitchen counter will start midway and go over and around. The fridge will go over there. And then you could have whatever size TV you can fit up here. We'll have like a couch out here. TV up here. It's going to be sick when we have guests over now. I know. We'll be able to like hang out. Yeah. Right. With no like place to go. And you're just like out there in the heat or the wind. You can warm up food in a microwave. Right. This gets me excited to come out here. I know. It does, doesn't it? This is going to be fun. I'm excited for this. And then like the finish line camera. We're talking about putting potentially like a permanent camera up on this pole. Okay. And maybe the next pole. So you get like a side view of launching. And then you have like a front view kind of. Every time. And then like, you know, that's much less for him to set up. Consistency is the name of the game. Right. So like to have it consistent every time. Right. Why do you think Marques spent all that money on the robot? Consistency. I just love when you drop a fact. Like, yeah.
